Current Open Email Indicator Bar
When i am reading my emails with my inbox or folder on the left and the email on the right of the screen, the only indicator on the left in the list of emails of which one I am currently reading is a small, slim purple bar on the right of the email subject and first line card. This little purple bar gets partially covered by the scroll up and down bar when not hovering over it and is completely covered by it if you start using the scroll bar. My preference would be that you make the purple bar currently-reading indicator a little wider and at least move to the left-hand side of the message, I would also be fine if the purple line was on both sides of the message

Bold or a different color is much more visible than the small purple bar, which only some people can see some of the time.

I don't see any way at all to tell which message is open. (purple bar? where?) Please go back to bold for unread, not bold for read, and highlight for open message.
