Hi there, we have no plans in adding more themes/colors. We had a whole bunch, but a majority of our users stuck with the default color. The usage was too low and the upkeep was too much. Therefore, we have simplified our themes. We know not the answer you want, but we wanted to give you context. Thanks!

I definitely do not like the look of this new version. Why are there only two options for appearance: all white or all black? The bright white hurts my eyes, and the black is way too dark for me to see the white text clearly. Both ways are not good. PLEASE offer different color options for the appearance!!!!!!!!

Can we have some backgrounds again? I really miss the starry sky or boat etc for the the inbox. Same for different theme colors, there were a lot more options before. Made it easier to keep track between my different accounts too.

PLEASE put back the old Classic Mail with custom colors and themes. You have seriously disrupted mine and many others' workflows.
I need custom colors and themes above all else. Light mode is blinding, and dark mode is too hard to read. The UI is much less clean as well with extra clicks needed to access items.
PLEASE revert Classic to the version from a few days ago, and at the very minimum give BOTH versions custom colors and themes.
It is absolutely absurd to take away custom colors and themes and call this an "update".
I have been loyal to Yahoo for over 25 years!

I use several different accounts. In the new User Interface, there is no way to visually distinguish between these, so I get confused. Please let me choose a different color theme for each account, like I could in the old interface and in the mobile app. Saying "they're not popular" is a cop-out. Maintaining a handful of themes is something you do in the app, why not also on desktop!?
