On the old version of Yahoo Mail, I was able to add a custom background to my inbox, which allowed for a flare and pop of personality. Now, with only the light/dark options, not only are my eyes having a hard time discerning the difference between un/opened emails, but my email looks lacklustre and boring. I understand your team is forcing this change upon people (as the "go back" button is no longer available), but if you are looking to retain your customers and increase brand loyalty, I think it would be critical to listen to our feedback! Please - we know change is hard. But we're telling you - your changes are not sitting right with the masses.

Hi, thanks for the feedback! Yes, we've already mentioned this in the other threads: We have no plans in adding more themes/colors. We had a whole bunch, but a majority of our users stuck with the default color. The usage was too low and the upkeep was too much. Therefore, we have simplified our themes. We know not the answer you want, but we wanted to give you context. Thanks!
