Hi Regina, very sorry about the frustrations, but at this time we are not getting rid of our ads or the subscription service. We are always looking for ways to improve the ad experience, but for now we do have ads and we will continue to offer an ad-free experience if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus. Thank you.

I want my old email back. This change has left a bad taste in my mouth and created a headache and hassle because I need to change my email address in a multitude of places as soon as I create a new one elsewhere--BUT I will, no matter what it takes. YA-What? You suck!
