Just fix the new one. So far I can't tell which messages I've already read, I'm missing the arrow telling me that I've replied to a message, I can't find my trash and spam folders, I want to get rid of the contacts pane on the right so I can see more of the heading and preview, and I don't like the blue and want to change my colors. That's all in the first day.

This is crazy. Why did you change something that wasn't broken. Please let us go back to the older version.

I did not have a warning about a change. I hate this new version. Guess I will have to use another service, unless you can let us go back to the other version. I lost my emails, and I run a business.

How can you improve things? You could make Yahoo Mail functional like it's been since I first signed up for this address in 1999.
How many unread messages do I have? Don't know, b/c the only place that shows up is in the actual window tab. When you're like me and have 50 tabs open at once (PhD student here, I need to shuffle back and forth between a lot of books and journal articles) it sure would be nice to glance at the sidebar and find the information I need.
You say try it first, we hope you like it. I've tried it and I recognize a ploy to get me to sign up for your paid product.
If this is "improved" you're not going to be selling many upgrades. No one in their right mind wants to pay $5/mo for something Juno got right in 1996. This UI/UX is cumbersome, ugly, hard to read, lacks information, is NOT helped by the AI you're using to save overhead, and it's ugly, ugly, ugly.
I've been just about legally blind since I was four years old, and the only way I can sort of see what's going on in this downgrade is to bump up the magnification on my browser to 120%, and that pushes even more out of my line of sight.
Even in dark mode, this dreary space sets off my vertigo like looking at one of those black and white striped optical illusions. Avoiding that is one of the reasons I've stuck it out here for so long. Gmail/Outlook, along with being a nightmare to navigate, make me dizzy.
Obviously, ABLE-BODIED PEOPLE WITH EXCELLENT VISION ARE NOW YOUR SINGLE DEMOGRAPHIC. These are the people least likely to use this service and Yahoo in general.
You'd think I'd be used to this kind of disregard by now, but it's incredibly frustrating, especially when my job and university are contracting their email out to Google, that I don't have a usable fallback anymore.

Please stop changing the format of my Email. I have no desire to get onto the new version. If I had I would have accepted the new format when you notified me some time back of the new option. I don't appreciate your doing this without my permission. Ihave had this account for over a decade and would not want to move to a different email carrier.

Why change what was working for most users? I AI taking over the design and useability of the email platform? Basic email is just a different icon view of the new very bad platform. Give us our features back!

Want to go back to old Yahoo or I will have to try a different site. This new Yahoo does not work well starting with the Inbox. I do not like the AI additions to my emails, etc tec. Please give option to go back.
The new finance quotes site does not work well mechanically and would like to go back to old site. The information is good, but working of the site is bad, What is work with your tech people?

Thanks for your feedback! We know change is hard and can be frustrating. Unfortunately, if you’re not seeing the “Go Back” button in the top, right hand corner, you cannot go back. Since last June, we’ve given our Community the chance to go back n forth, but it’s now time to start permanently transitioning. We really hope you’ll give the new experience a try! 🙏🏽💜

Change it back the way it was. It's difficult to navigate and tell old mail from new mail. Why did you have to change it? You made the mail difficult to use. It was easy before you changed it.

Obviously a FIX for something that wasn't broken.
New version has look and feel of gmail. -

You took something that worked amazing and absolutely destroyed it. It is as if you went backward to the worst email version and called it an upgrade. Are you trying to get people to leave yahoo?
So disappointing you will not let users go back to the old version of email. -

You've forced this upon all of us, we hate it, and I will find another provider PDQ if you don't unforce this ****.

Terrible changes taking away such basics. You used to have a great Email set up now you have made things much more difficult with not working for me. We should have had an Option to Opt out. You have gone backwards instead of improving anything. Not well thought through to all of sudden make these changes. It has cost me a great deal of time. Such a waste of time dealing with what you have done to the Yahoo Email.

YOu removed way too many features you once offered. Mail no longer is separated by when it came in. Now it all appears cluttered and no way to see by glance what's what.
Its very cluttered now. Cannot tell what is new and what is old emails.
No more empty trash or spam buttons?
You claim you did this to make it better but you literally made it worse. Now its just like others like Gmail and Hotmail. I don't use those cuz they are cluttered and think they should separate all your mail for you. Nope, don't like it and prob will now use this even less as the others. Thanks for ruining this after 25 years.

This new UI is just plain awful. Nobody asked for or wanted this. We choose yahoo because we liked it, but now i might as well just use my gmail account as my primary account. It may not look as good as the old yahoo UI, but it is better than this steaming pile of **** you are trying to force onto people. I've had a yahoo account for over 15 years, but if your new UI is going to be aggravating to use then why bother with it. What ******* thought moving all the emails into different folders rather than being able to view them in 1 simple inbox was better? You guys need to stop and reevaluate why people actually used your service in the first place, because a majority of the users hate this update and might switch to a different service where they will actually be able to do what they want.
