block sender
I click on block sender, check the boxes for block all future emails and delete all existing emails, then hit block and NOTHING HAPPENS. I understand marking as spam keeps it out of my inbox but I want it out of my spam as well. I do not want to even receive it anywhere. When ya can't find an email, we are always told to check spam. I do not want to have to go through the hundreds of messages in spam looking for something I need. I should be able to block and keep them out allowing me to easily find what I need.

Hi Gingerbread, please keep marking as spam. Yes, it's the best way to get rid of spam. Blocking actually does the exact same thing. If you block in other email clients, they simply send it to your spam folder. Both marking as spam and blocking does the same thing... prevents that email from going to your Inbox, but it may show up in your Spam folder. Thanks.
