I have to go to the bottom of the trail list to find the last one. It would be better, clearer and faster to have the the latest on top and the oldest at the bottom of the list. It happens the same with the attachments, I have discussions with more than 60 emails, and to see the last one, It is annoying to go through all the lost till reaching the last one.

When replying the reply seems to be in the middle of the conversation, please make the reply at the top, that way when you scroll down you can see what you are sending. I want to fwd a message, my sig was at the bottom, above the message, the who to was in the middle between messages, what are they getting, what if I only want to send the last reply, it's all together... I'm not a fan, sorry, too confusing for me.

Please make the newest message at the TOP, not the bottom. The new jumbled up version is so confusing. I will NEVER get used to it. I'm going to switch to gmail if I don't have a chance to change back to the old Yahoo mail.

Restore the feature for placing the newest message at the top within an open conversation. The alternative of turning Conversations off to show each reply as a separate email is not only redundant, but also unnecessarily fills the inbox. I want to see the newest reply message at the top of the email thread! I don't want to have to scroll the entire email for the newest reply.

It is so hard now to logically track email exchanges with the new way we view them. All previous replies connected to each new reply make it very confusing to find the newest email or even a specific response when you have to wade through all the different emails mixed together multiple times. The same emails repeat as many times as you have talked with each other before you find the new stuff. VERY frustrating!

Make it so we can see the newest reply of a thread at the top so we don't have to scroll all the way down to see the newest one or just bring back old yahoo mail.

I can't properly follow chain email conversations, it seems like the responses are out of order and very difficult to follow. I do not like the new format and it's jeopardizing my business communication.

Can the conversation flow in a manner that the most recent message, whether incoming or outgoing appears on top of the chat then I scroll down to the older one. I keep on missing email responses because they are hidden in the older messages.

Right now it is confusing reading through grouped emai conversations where it is hard to get to the last part of the thread; attachments are always pushed to the end. Please add controls to sort a grouped conversation by date. Also, please keep the attachment associated with the message and not the thread. This gets confusing when there are multiple attachments on different emails in the thread.

It is SO hard to understand the conversation history for an email thread. I've tried for 5 minutes and I still can't read the exact order. Just put the messages in reverse chronological order, like Outlook and Gmail. Show me the most recent message, the one before, the one before that, etc. For some reason Yahoo mashes an entire thread below the latest message creating terrible redundancy when trying to understand the history of a conversation. This is so frustrating it makes me want to stop using this email altogether.

Hi. Is there way for Yahoo to change the setting so that if you reply in an email thread, the newest reply is at the top and the previous ones are below that? Currently it's the opposite and when the thread becomes long, it's confusing and cumbersome to read. Thank you!

Please just FIX yahoo mail! it is the worst on the market by far!
As when an email chain is created and grows due to emails going back and forth. It just jumbles the emails top to bottom, it is a nightmare. Navigating an email chain is impossible.

I have tried the new Yahoo! Mail for 3-4 months. I hate it. The order than messages in a string appear is confusing and I have forgotten to send messages more than once. Thank goodness there is now a way to eliminate the AI summary. That is unnecessary for the kinds of emails I get. I will be turning it off.

I prefer seeing the most recent message at the top and all others in descending order by date. without having to expand the screen. It is confusing to see the most recent and then once you press the key to expand the string, parts of the message repeated.

Currently a chain mail in conversation mode in Inbox shows mail in the order of older (at the top) to recent at the bottom.
This needs unnecessary & uncomfy scrolling !!

Can't you fix it to be seen as new on the top and older ones at the bottom (in the same conversation view).

Where is the preference/option/setting to fix the way my email is displayed? I am scrolling through ONE email chain that has dozens of replies, and they seem to be out of order. I can't tell which end of the chain is the beginning and which is the end without doing an (unnecessary) analysis of the date/time stamps on each message.

Give me an easily accessible way to "sort" the email ascending or descending by date/time.

If there are multiple interaction on a topic the email chain display is horrible. Why can't we just all the interaction in the order.

OMG, I hate, hate the way you order the history of a given email thread - totally confusing and different than everyone else on the planet. OKay, a bit harsh, but you get the point.

I cannot deal with the layout of your emailing... LOL it is SO CONFUSING, and I use several different email platform domains. YAHOO has the most scrambled-up and confusing email-string layout, when someone replies it shows up randomly within the email somewhere and I have to search where my response is even supposed to go - please make easier to navigate... I don't remember it ever being so difficult to hold a conversation in YAHOO. LOL THANK YOU!!!<33 - PS. it's okay if you can't do anything, I just wanted to give feedback.

Within each conversation (email) can you offer the user an option to show the messages in chronological order (i.e. from oldest to newest, or newest to oldest). I prefer to see the messages from newest to oldest. I don't like having to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the emails/conversation before I can see/process the latest email.
