Photos View
There used to be an images or photos folder on the side that showed you all the images in your emails all together in a collage of thumbnails.
It was a critical search feature to my work.
Now, I know I can click on the advanced search function and click the "photo pill" but that does not help at all.
Sure, it sorts out the emails that contain photos, but it does not display the images unless you click into each individual email, so you have no way of locating the picture you are looking for quickly or easily. You literally have to dig through your emails one by one instead of seeing all the images at once.
Why would you take this simple feature away? It is impossible to search for a particular photo without spending hours now.

There used to be an images or photos folder on the side that showed you all the images in your emails in a collage of thumbnails...if I use the new "improved" version, it requires extra steps, and I still cannot see all of the photos that were sent OR received in a straightforward folder

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your feedback. We are going to merge this into another thread as we are seeing more and more feedback asking about this. You can still search for emails with only photos in it... but yes it has moved. From your Inbox, in the search box at the top, you'll see the Advanced icon to the right. From there you can click on the Photos pill. We understand this is time consuming and not the same experience. We have shared this with the team and we are starting design work on improving this... so we appreciate the feedback and we are going to make it better like before. Thanks!

I cannot find my Photos tab that used to be on the left side of the Mail screen. Where are my photos now? Thank you!

In the previous version, you could hover over the "image icon" to the far right of a message in the Inbox and view a preview of pics and/or documents included in that particular email without having to fully "open" an email to view what is contained.
This was a very useful tool to quickly view pics and/or attachments when searching for the email that contains them!
