Hi Billy, yes we can help.
1. Delete Normal Emails - Once to click on one checkbox, another checkbox will appear the top of your Inbox. From there you can Select All and then Delete All.
2. Delete Spam Emails - In the Spam folder, you do not even have to click on a checkbox. The Select All and Delete All checkbox is already at the top.
