My question and problem are not in your files.
Why do some new messages show up in the IN file and others, often from the same person, show up in the UNREAD file? What determines that splitup?
Interestingly, if one reads a message in the UNREAD file and leaves that file for a moment, and then comes back, the message will be gone, obviously, because it has now been read. However, one cannot find that original message anywhere else: not in the spam folder and not even in the trash. It has been vaporized!!

One change you'll see is a new feature called Inbox Categories. So you'll see at the top of your Inbox, your emails are now organized in Categories. If you're not seeing all your emails, it might be because you're in the Priority tab. Please go to your "All" tab so you can see all your emails. Thanks.
