Hi Robert, you can certainly delete folders in the new design. When looking at your Inbox, you can tap on your Folders, and they will expand. From there, you can hover over the folders and three dots will appear on the right hand side. If you click on those three dots, you will be given many options including deleting folders. Hope this helps.
