Why Make Things Difficult For Subscribers?
I've been a longtime paid subscriber to Yahoo. I was comfortable with the way things were, then the big change came about and everything I was used to with Yahoo went to ****! This "Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot go back. We really hope you'll try the new experience!". I gave it a chance and it got even worse. Now when, after reading a message in one of my folders, I press the back button which used to take me back to that folder but now throws me all the way back to the Inbox of my primary email. Then I have to navigate back to the folder I was in.
For what it's worth, I've already signed up for a new service to see how it works. I was happy with Yahoo for years, but I don't need a service that goes out of it's way to make things difficult for subscribers.
