I really hate this new update. The emails that are listed as unread include all the offers and spam emails unlike the old version.

I've used Yahoo for 20 years. The "new" version is the worst internet/email experience I've ever had. It is clunky and childish looking. It takes more time to find out what I want to do than it needs to. The organization is not helpful. The old version was simple and the interface worked much better.

Return option to return to classic mail view - it's not so much the change as taking away our ability to chose which view works best for each user. I just want to log in read my mail and move on Not log in figure out the new stuff and stay frustrated to the point of wanting to quit using Yahoo altogether!

this new mail sucks. Also, this thing won't let me click the critical box, telling me I have to log in. How did I get here if I'm not logged in??? I got in through this ****** new email that apparently does not understand that I am already logged in, in addition to being stupid and ugly. Besides, according to the instructions I found, I was supposed to click on settings and then at the bottom left be able to click to switch back, but it wasn't there. Yahoo sucks.

The update is unusable. I hung in there for 30 years with yahoo! but I am incredibly unproductive with this new version. Please go back or I will be forced to switch everything over to gmail.

Over 5000 NEGATIVE reviews on the "new look" that Yahoo has FORCED us to use!! 5000!!! You'd think a company that gets THAT many negative comments would DO something about it!! But NOOOOOOOOOOOO! There's no way to go back and Yahoo doesn't have the decency to give us a CHOICE!!

One of the worse UX experiences I've encountered since signing up with Yahoo many, many years ago! Can you remove the contacts and starred window? Major waste of space!!!

PLEASE for the love of pete let us switch back to the classic version, it was sooooo user friendly and this new is a jumbled mess!!! Not productive at all

This new version is terrible and hard to read. I have no idea why you would change it to this and not have other options available. Please go back to the other version, please and thank you.
