Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I have been using Yahoo email for 27 years. Over the years, it has had this or that minor issue, and you fixed those. You made it easier to use. Then yesterday, without warning, you forced me to switch to this terrible system. I immediately started searching for some way to make it go away, but you eliminated that option. Did I do something wrong? Did I sin? Why?
You actually just made my life harder.
Now I have to scroll the page right and left. Why?
Now I can't access any more than 8 emails. Why?
Now accessing my other folders and spam (which you dump job offers into liberally) are harder to access. Why? -

This new look is horrible. I am wasting lot of my time trying to navigate. Losing some important drafts etc., Please immediately go back to the old look.

This new version is very bad! Even after turning off the ad blocker, the screen continually pops up. It is very annoying! Bring back the classic version now!

I agree with the comments below. Also, when I figured out how to get the full display of my inbox, the font is so small I can barely read it. This update is better described as a downgrade.

I have been doing UX and interaction design for 50 years. I've worked on development of hundreds of products, and reviewed or used thousands. For example, I was the first Acrobat user outside of Adobe. I invented the sparkline. I sold the Apple I computer by showing how easy it was to program. That's just a few highlights.
Yahoo's new e-mail is far and away the worst overall product I've ever used in my career. There are at least half a dozen text editing woes with controlling cursor with commonly used keys combinations; cutting and pasting text; and other issues, now on top of errors about line ending and other problems that they never fixed from the PREVIOUS text editor!
How do you dare to change the environment of millions of users and be able to sleep at night? Do you do it because you have captive users with high switching costs? I can't see any other possible reason (e.g., you must have UX people on staff with IQ over 50). Do you realize how ethically blind that is? Shall we influencers begin a mass exodus of Yahoo! e-mail users? Would the ensuing economic turmoil and layoffs finally be enough to demonstrate your errors? Are you daring us to go there?

Please allow to go back to classic version
I tried to revert but the option to do so is no longer available in the settings.
Why must users use the new version if the classic version works better? -

Bring back the blue version! Also, I read some users have problems with basic not having spam filters. Fix that too, please.
