Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I want to see all my emails sent to me, not just Priority. Who determines priority anyway?
    Right now the ALL tab does is not appearing, so I'm stuck. Please help. Better yet, go back to the old format. I don't see how New Yahoo Mail helps anybody.

    I'm a senior citizen and a computer is supposed to be fun. With you changing Yahoo I have to learn everything all over again. I'm retired and want to ENJOY reading yahoo NOT trying to figure out how to work it. I HATE THE CHANGE YOU MADE!!!!!! You don't even give me the choice if I want to change or stay the same......

    I want classic version back. I don't need a starred box. cluttering up space on layout. I don't like this new version.

    You cannot choose a bunch of emails to delete you have to do it one by one.

    YOU CANNOT SELECT A BUNCH OF EMAILS TO DELETE AND PUT IN THE TRASH CAN, YOU HAVE TO KEEP DELETING ONE BY ONE, SO ANNOYING. MAYBE I WILL GO TO GMAIL FROM NOW ON.

    Classic version was much better, PLEASE bring back the option to switch back.

    If classic option is not restored, I will move a lot of my correspondence to other email addresses.

    The new email formats, basic and standard, are both travesties.

    I much rather prefer the old classic version. The classic view and layout was much better than the new version. If this option does not return soon I will leave YahooMail altogether and switch to another E-mail service.

    I hate new version. Complicated, not user-friendly at all. I want to go back to old classic version or will get rid of Yahoo forever - user since 1997. How do to I go back? How?!?

    I typically think people overreact to change but my god this is the worst format I have ever seen. It's not even just the format, why did you change functionality? Why do my emails scroll to the line i am typing on and cut off everything else I typed above? Why do I have to scroll and open up an individual email in a conversation to access an attachment? Why do I have to scroll to send?

    I HATE THE NEW FORMAT. AT LEAST WANT TO GET RID OF THE NEW RIGHT SIDE COLUMN. I JUST WANT TO SEE MY EMAIL LIST!!!!!!!!!!

    Please, can we go back to the better version of yahoo? This is hard to look at. Hard to find things. I really don't like the AI nonsense. Some things are missing. Everyone hates this. I have started switching over to google already but I'm still hoping you guys would change your mind on this.

    Why? Just tell us why?

    This new version is HORRIBLE. I will definitely change over to a different email site if we can't go back to basic mail. I can't stand the sight of the page and the AI recaps are ridiculous!! Allow your customers to switch back or you will lose many of us.

    This Sucks *** big time. More ******* work just to get to your emails the whole set up sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
