Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Evidently Yahoo doesn't want to offer email services anymore or they would listen to people and switch us back to classic email. I don't even know how I got switched in the first place. Maybe I was hacked and some hacker chose it for me. Good Grief!

    If I had known I couldn't go back to the classic version, I would never have switched to the new/worse version. Maybe I need to switch email services.

    Over 4700 NEGATIVE comments about this "new look" version and what is Yahoo doing about it? Uhh.......nothing!

    Why in the world would you try to fix something that isn't broken. Return the option to go back to the Classic version. This new version is not an improvement, nor is it easier to use. This is not just resistance to change, this is resistance to a very bad idea. Perhaps this is just someone's idea of an April Fools Day joke. Read the audience, it's not at all funny.

    New Yahoo Mail is terrible. Cannot attach documents to emails. I need to find another provider.

    Now my "sort" option has disappeared. I can't know how many emails I have, only the number of unread. This stinks.

    Please, please, please let me have the old Yahoo back. I am told that by clicking on the gear icon, but there is no gear icon. The new format is driving me mad. I hate using email now.

    As painful as it would be to establish a new, non-Yahoo email address for all my business, I'm thinking that I'll be doing this shortly. I'm getting frustrated every time I use the 'new look'.

    How many more bad reviews and requests to make the old version available do you need, Yahoo? I don't see the "under review" button attached to this thread which is by far the most voted for issue of all of them. How many more people need to tell you that the new version is inferior, hard to maneuver and ugly before you take action?
