I have been using Yahoo Mail for 30 years, but this is STUPID

One would think MIDDLE SCHOOL art students designed this. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TRASH. Who thought making it more difficult, having less visibility, having less information and no option to keep a good thing was a bright idea????? When the highest ranked topic has TWENTY TIMES more comments than #2, that should tell Yahoo something. IF they have intelligence and can read, that is.

Please give us the option to return to classic mail. I need the ability to search like emails from the Inbox to organize, view and delete emails.

WHY can't I get back to the classic version?? I don't like the new version. I don't want the new version. At least before I had a choice of using the classic or new, now I don't even have that option? My whole office is in an uproar about this change. Why "fix" something that is not broken, or force people to use something that they don't like? If some people like the new version better, then that's great for them....but don't force everyone to use the new version. As much of a pain in the butt it may be to switch my email and email provider, that's exactly how I'm leaning right now.

I've had a Yahoo Mail Plus account for almost THIRTY ******* YEARS and you guys are making me seriously consider leaving. This new interface is garbage. The AI summaries? Trash. The color scheme? Trash. I can't tel which emails are unread and which are old. I can't even read the entire subject line because of these stupid ai summaries.

Why break something that works so well? I could have switched to Gmail literal DECADES ago, but I have always likes the clean interface here. Yahoo, do better.

Suddenly none of my emails are there, except those in 2022. WHERE DID THEY GO??

Please go back to the old version! This version is terrible, confusing and upsetting to navigate. Who's idea was this? The colors are ridiculous and Icon's are so distracting, they don't make sense. I can't find important emails I'm looking for, it's a mess, why the need for this update? Please return my account to the classic version.

This new UI is horrible. The color scheme makes it difficult to tell spam from legit emails. There is no symbol showing that I have replied to an email. The logos next to each email don't add anything and they create more clutter that is tough on the eyes. Please go back to the classic version. Who in the world wants an AI summary of the email!?

Please stop messing with a good thing. The classic email presentation was the best email format on the market. I don't understand why Yahoo felt the need to mess with it. Now it is just a non intuitive and other platforms like Google mail etc.

If I weren't so entrenched with this email address I would stop using it all together.

Please minimize the height of the emails in the inbox. Look at gmail for an example.

I have so many other things linked to my email address that I've avoided ditching Yahoo but this might just be the last straw. This update is complete trash.

Upsetting lots of users and you could care less!

Yahoo has a long time habit of making each new version of the interface worse. No one asked for these changes, they were not necessary - who was having to justify their job by forcing through garbage updates?
Sometimes things work and are just fine the way they were - tech companies need to stop intentionally making inferior products and services!

"New" is not better, mucking things up is not progress - one dumb exec shouldn't be allowed to tank a functional service because they don't know how to do their job.

I had classic and inadvertently switched because Yahoo had a button to switch to New Yahoo mail, and not allowing me to switch back! But you don't know that until you try and switch back! So, you trick people into switching and no choice! Isn't it just like Yahoo to do this! Not allowing choice, just like your censoring on comments! Yes, feel free to comment but only what we allow!!!! New look is like little kid account! Grow up! Your developers all ought to be fired! RETURN OPTION AND RESTORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that you cannot use the shift button to delete multiple emails is awful!! Clicking on each one is such a waste of time!! Please go back to the old version!!
