Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Not receiving all my emails on the new version. Hate the look and want the classic back. Hard to read and it should be an option!!

I absolutely hate the new look.
Everything about it is awful and difficult! Give an option to revert back to Classic. I have been using Yahoo mail for at least 20 years specifically because of the ease of use and layout. Not you change with no options!!!i remember when you were trying this new look as a trial and i immediately chose classic look. Why would you take that option away and force me into something?
I will be looking at other email options if there is not a Classic layout in near future. I am wasting more time just trying to do things I used to do in seconds.
Some things just need to be left along and email layout is one of them.

I have used yahoo mail since I started using email back in the olden days. Not being able to change the look back to "classic" is making me think it's finally time to embrace Google mail. Why not continue to allow us the option of the old look?

I find it harder to spot fraudulent/phishing emails with this current version of March 2025. I feel safer with the classic app because it was pretty easy to spot fraudulent emails. This seems pretty important or even critical.

PLEASE stop greying out read emails. PLEASE allow us to get rid of the unnecessary box on the right. I do NOT need Yahoo mail to schedule my life. I have used Yahoo email for many years and subscribe to ad free mail; however, if this does not change, I will start using my gmail account going forward.

at least offer an appearance settings option so i can switch back.

They give us no choice and shove this new version down our throats. Cannot go back to the classic version. Going to delete my email accounts and switch to Gmail. Doesn't have to be that way if they gave me a choice. Sorry NOT SORRY !!! ALSO NOT GOING TO USE THE YAHOO BROWSER ANYMORE. SO THERE !!!

I am extremely upset with the recent update to Yahoo Mail. The new design has made everything much more difficult. Instead of having a clear, accessible overview of my inbox, I now have to scroll endlessly to reach each category or manage my emails. This unnecessary extra work is incredibly frustrating, and it feels like a huge step backwards.
The old design allowed me to see everything at once and organize my emails efficiently. Now, it feels like I have to jump through hoops just to get things done, and that’s not acceptable.
I strongly urge you to bring back the classic Yahoo Mail design. The current one is not user-friendly and only adds more work for people who rely on Yahoo Mail daily. Please take this feedback seriously and consider the impact it's having on users like myself.

I do not like folder management. I cannot figure out how to get the window off the email inbox when I open folders. I cannot drag emails into folders. If you have directions to how to do this, please send them. Thanks.

Title says it all. I'm an IT specialist, and I primarily work with elderly folks. They are not great with new technology, even if it seems simple and intuitive, it rarely is for folks who barely grasp the concept of email as it is.
Just make Classic view a choice again. It doesn't have to be the default choice, but a choice. Thank you
