Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I have lost all of my folders which contained the past 25 years of my important documents !!! This is crazy, and I have tried everyting possible to retreive the information, photos, etc including my wedding photos. I have spoken with your people several times and Iget no where each time. You got to be kidding me !!! This is CRITICAL to me !!!

Yahoo...
I am reading between 5 and 10 complaints here for every hour. Is that a signal that this has to change???
We all think that it should be possible to still use the order version.

STOP changing the layout and go back to the CLASSIC version. Now I am unable to even drag emails from the inbox to the folders as I've done for years. Now might be the time I finally take the plunge and completely move to gmail. This latest 'change' has made your layout so much worse.

The reason I used yahoo was because I disliked the set up of google, both for their aesthetics and usability. This new version appears to be a poorly executed copy and also is equally as ugly. You aren't going to be stealing anyone who prefers their interface because they are already settled, but you are going to be losing a lot of people who preferred yours. You had a niche and threw it out.

I am not getting all the email I have been getting like recipes and other things I have been used to getting. Why should YOU be making the decision as to which ones I receive and which ones I do not. THAT SHOULD BE UP TO ME TO DECIDE.

Please stop changing things. We get used to the way something is and then you change it. Return to classic version. It worked just fine for me and I knew how to use the features of it well.

Please give me the option to go back to the classic version. This new version is not as good as the previous version, i.e. my folders are visible at a glance along with trash and spam folders. I have been using your mail for a long time and should have the option to try the new view and if I don't desire the new view go back to the classic view.

With the new update, I am very unhappy with the 2 options available for "customization". Both the white and black still leave the mailbox visually unappealing and difficult to read. The size is way to large, spanning the whole screen when all I need is the Email name and address. This causes an extremely awkward set up, as I only look at the left side of the screen now. And the harshness of only B/W makes it difficult to adjust to. One of the features I appreciated from yahoo, was the option for more appealing backgrounds, designs, and styles. This it not only difficult to look at, but also boring.

I HATE how you took away my option and I can't even "go back to basic" because it's not offered with my account that I've had for 40+ years. I may leave yahoo forever.

This new version is horrible!! Not only is it not user friendly, it's nearly unusable...period. Please listen to the feedback from all of these people, and allow us the option of going back to the classic version!
