Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I agree with everyone else. Please go back to the classic version of email. The new version is trash.

    Give the option to use the classic version. Better yet, allow customization. This version is horrible.

    After almost 5,000 people have spoken, it's time to LISTEN to your customers. How much more feedback do you need?

    For years I've been telling everybody that I'm sticking with Yahoo because I loved the interface. Now it went from the best in the industry to the worst. No reason to pay $5/month for a vastly inferior product.

    FIRE THE DELUSIONAL CEO, go back to reality, kill this awful UI/UX, and revive the great product you had.

    I hate the new Yahoo mail. At least make it possible to close the right pane, which makes it impossible to view messages without scrolling right and left for each line. I am working on a MacBook and don't have a large enough screen to see a whole line in a message and can find no way to get rid of the right pane to give myself more viewing space for messages. Make the classic version available again.

    I can't find my photos in my email, there used to be a section/folder that was for photos and it had all the photos you have sent or received. Go back to the classic version

    It is very important if I can recovery my Classic version. Thank you. I am 74 years old and very difficult to manage the new versions.

    During the transfer process last week, I lost all of my messages in my IN BOX from November 2024 - March 2025. I need my IN BOX messages restored!

    I have spent three hours talking with Yahoo Customer Service and Managers since March 13th.

    The new UI is horrible. In dark mode the elements blend together, it's difficult to tell things apart. The aesthetic is also very uneasy on the eyes.

    Please give us the option to switch back to the classic version.

    Agree with rest of comments of absolutely loathe the new yahoo mail and the ability to not revert to the classic version will drive me to another platform.

    Like all the others users in the comments, if Yahoo feels so strong about not offering the old email layout I will likely switch over to gmail. This new design is terrible.

    I absolutely DO NOT LIKE THIS **** NEW VERSION!!!! It is critical that you go back to the old version. I'd rather have the classic version back. After my entire life of yahoo, I will have to delete your app and go to Gmail.

    I want ALL my emails to show up in INBOX, Not just what this dammed thing THINKS is important. When I mark something spam it is because I DON'T WANT to hear from that address again. I DON'T want this thing sending stuff to the Spam or Trash on it's own. It is not a good experience using this.
    I sent out an email and I cannot find out if it was actually SENT.

    I stayed with yahoo because of the classic version, but with this new look, I would rather use Gmail.
