Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    The new version is absolute **** and I hate every part of it. For the love of humanity, go back to the classic version.

    Ugh. I've been using this account for over 25 years. It's going to be INCREDIBLY annoying to move everything over to protonmail but between the UI changes and the AI changes looks like it's time to do it.

    This is absolute garbage.
    The programmers, project managers, and "geniuses" that may have thought they created something that they adore in their incestuous world, you only created something that is up there with Yahoo Maps.
    The classic version is visually cleaner, more user friendly - the user defined how to categorize emails and options were upfront, not hidden. DO NOT NEED "Priority, Offers, Social, Newsletters".
    GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION

    Can you not make the unread messages highlight so dark, it is annoying. Maybe give us an option to select the color/shade of grey or at least the intensity of the grey. I think this is what annoys me the most!

    I'm so sad! I switched to the new version, because I couldn't paste an image into a new image (in-line) and now I can't go back. Yikes, I've had yahoo mail for over 20 years and have been fighting the stupid new look everytime they ask me to change.

    See all these messages, if it was better you wouldn't have 1500 plus messages saying the new format isn't as user friendly as the old was.

    I would be happy to switch to something if it was more efficient/effective, but it is not. This is just like adobe adding **** when I open my pdf and it is in the way of me scrolling.

    Maybe you need to switch back to the old version and then fire all the designers of the new version. It will save a ton of money and you won't lose customers.

    In addition, the new format does not allow me to have two different accounts open at the same time on separate tabs in my browser, and switching is not nearly as seamless as it was under the old format

    This new email is a joke. In replies to other emails you can not highlight above items in new messages. It is a mess in viewing, emailing and receiving mail. The other (classic format) was so much better to see, to use and overall items you can do with it in sending. This new one is a complete eyesore. It's just the truth. The format is just horrible. Do what you may in security that is fine but to change the overall appearance to a nuisance is beyond belief. Look at AOL mail it looks great, works fine and Yahoo Classic was close to being perfect. Either the font is too large or not quite bright enough and the overall usage looks cheap. I don't get it. That is the bottom line.

    Go back to old yahoo mail format. This new one is horrible! I do not have a settings option to change back. Users should have the option to go back!

    I have been a Yahoo email subscriber for over 20 years. Your most recent "revamp" of the system is absolutely TERRIBLE - it is user unfriendlily, difficult to navigate, and just overall unpleasant to the point that it makes me want to switch to gmail.

    Whoever came up with this terrible new design should be fired and Yahoo should go back to the old design.

    The old version was far more efficient. There is no way to turn off intrusive AI features.

    Everyone is missing the bigger picture. AI overview is mandatory and can not be turned off. The dubious nature of unethical data harvesting among AI companies raises concerns over what's happening with our incredibly personal data.

    I HATE the new version. It is NOT user friendly. It is moronic. Bring back the previous version!!!!
