Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I do not like the new version. This is a nightmare. Why would change something that was working just fine. Please bring back the old version.

    Stop this AI **** !! Useless and takes my time.
    Get me back to the Classic Yahoo Emails that was wonderful. The new change is GARBAGE and not User Friendly.
    I am missing so many things on the new version which is taking so much of my time.
    You have gone backwards and not improved anything over the Classic Yahoo Email.
    What is your purpose for doing such? Does anyone view or listen to your Users?
    You now have over 3800 Comments that are all Negative on the New Version that you forced on me, just on this one comment site alone. Wake up and get me back to the Classic Version Email.

    I HATE THIS!!! PUT IT BACK!!!! I never asked for/utilized AI because I DON'T WANT TO USE AI!!!!! I don't care if someonet thinks I'm dumb or old or just missing out, I HATE THIS NEW VERSION!!!!!!!!! You (or your stupid AI) have no idea what's priority to me, but that's all I'm shown when I sign in?? WTH????

    I hate this version! The old one was just fine! It was more user friendly. I hate the side box to the right where contacts and starred emails are. Takes up space where your email use to be able to go further across the screen. There are no settings to change the layout. I like seeing all of my folders along the left side. The inbox shows priority and not all of my new emails. The list goes on. Slowing me down with this version. Run a business from home and this is a nightmare. Go back to the old version!!!!! Ready to get a gmail or something else!

    I had my Yahoo account for nearly thirty years because I like the Classic format. Please bring it back! I hate to leave Yahoo!; please listen to your customers!

    Hate the priority filter. Will be phasing out yahoo mail and moving to another platform. Sometimes change IS a bad thing.

    This new version is too complicated, especially for me a 91-year-old man. The classic version served all of my needs. In addition, I can find no way of enlarging the fonts, critical for me.

    Go black to the classic version. This is awful. Looks terrible and performs worse. Are you trying to make everybody switch to gmail?

    The worst setup of any e-mail I have ever used. Please go back to the old version. The left side of the page where there is "inbox", trash, folders, etc. used to stay stationary. Now if you view a long page, you have to scroll all the way up to get back to the inbox key. the whole page moves instead of just the e-mail you are reading. This is a horrible new version. Now I can't even get to a place to go back. That option is gone!!! Please go back to old version. I'm looking into other options other than Yahoo.

    the new version is incredibly slow and horrible. Sending an attachment scrolls all the way to the bottom of the thread. I had 31 messages and had to find where my reply line was. The top is the very first message....horrible feature. Basic version is not the classic version either. Basic version is quite bad as well. Please bring back the classic version! Dont change something that worked perfectly fine!

    Horrible update. It is like they want us to stop using them. And they want $5 when Gmail is free? Ridiculous. Will they listen? No.

    i will quit your services if you do not give me the option to go back to my previous interface. this is applyed force what you did. very dissapointed, have a bad opinion about you and your..so called services

    Please let us go back to old version. It was so much easier for some of us.
