Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I much prefer the old version. Too hard to navigate. Some emails that I delete show up again the next day. When I delay messages I want them gone! I want the old version.

    There is everything wrong with it, and nothing good. Every time a customer likes something on yahoo, you friggin change it and make things harder and much worse. Put it back the way it was!!!!!!!!!!

    I accidentally hit the switch while using basic mail and now I understand I cannot go back to basic. It's been a good run using yahoo mail for 26 years. Goodby old friend. R.I.P.

    Hello,
    I don't think it is fair (or even legal) to charge for a service change correction "Old v New" mailbox appearances, what I didn't asked for.

    The new version is HORRIFIC! The user interface is terrible, difficult to navigate mail. I've had my yahoo mail for years but now it's just about unusable. Switch it back!

    Please give your life-long customers the ability to stick with what is familiar. GO BACk TO CLASSIC OPTION PLEASE!!!!!!

    Hate the new look. Please give an option to stay with the old look. Really hate that it defaults to priority when I open. I don't want some arbitrary robot deciding what's important to me.

    PLEASE bring back the classic version as an option. This new one is harder to read, displays less info, and requires extra clicks to get to what I need. This looks and acts like gmail, which I don't use because it sucks...if y'all are trying to copy them instead of being the better alternative that you always have been, I might as well just move to gmail. Are you TRYING to give them a monopoly or just trying to be like them? Bad look.....

    I do not like the new look. I will limit my use of any Yahoo additional products until the option to have the classic look is restored.

    New Version is very difficult to navigate and certainly not easy on the eyes. Looked up and found it could be switched in Settings / Appearance ....but it does not work. Frustrating that you're in your ALL file and it shows you 2 emails unread and you can't find them.

    I want the old email system back how can I get it back on my computer and devices? The new one is terrible. Stop mimicking Google email.

    You say, "As we move forward with the New Yahoo Mail experience, the option to opt out and return to the previous version may be removed." IDIOTS!!! Only a MORON would make a change without getting OUR permission first!! WE use this e-mail, NOT YOU!! BRING back the CLASSIC LOOK!!!

    Are you TRYING to get people to leave Yahoo mail? Because you're going about it the right way! This "new look" is HIDEOUS, user-UNfriendly, and terrible to navigate!! BRING BACK THE CLASSIC LOOK!!

    The New look for Yahoo Mail is awful and painful and what is worst the option to go back to the old versio was removed recently
