this new version is bad for many reasons, just the look of it is super hard to read, and options to change the appearance are minimal. Don't need an AI summary, i just want to read the actual email. i like the choices like delete, move mark as spam etc at the top of the mail folder, rather than attached to each email. also the manage options 3 dots is way at the bottom of folders, needs to be prominent at the top when you click your account. this is by far the worst change yahoo has made. I have used Yahoo email for decades, and every time you change it is a shock, and makes life difficult having so many changes. by far this is the worst version ever.

My son is Autistic and this new look has him refusing to use his email, it is freaking him out and I am unable to change it back. What in the **** is Yahoo thinking? They should always give the option to revert to the old view.

Why are you changing the yahoo mail? Again, "more comnplicated - more better" as I often heard in the engineering professions from the Indians? It is disgusting.

I am extremely active with all the homeowners in my HOA... continuous emails. I keep messing up with the new yahoo system., and, it is taking even more of my time to make the corrections...besides the embarrassment when a recipient reminds me I sent response to wrong person.

Take a look at my account before this change...you can see the volume of emails I have. PLEASE RETURN MY YAHOO TO THE PREVIOUS STYLE.

pls turn that back to classic version. there is no reason that you change it. when every thing getting changed let this yahoo mail be classy and strong and keep the same version. thats is yahoo identification. only shallow things change. strong root never change. turn that back to the same classic version.

I lose mail in the new version. If I am conversating through email. Some of the conversation gets lost. I want old mail back.

I agree. The new version is not intuitive nor user friendly. Difficult to distinguish unread from read emails. They are all together.

The advanced search function in Yahoo Mail + is useless. Please bring back the good search function where we can search on a keyword. The loss of this function has rendered Yahoo Mail + nearly useless. I'm considering using Outloook as my e-mail client.

GO BACK TO THE OLD YAHOO MAIL!! THIS NEW ONE IS VISUALLY UNAPPEALING AND NOT EASY TO WORK WITH.
