Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Go back to the classic version! Don't fix something that is not broken!

    Don't make us pay for support on your 800 number.

    Please provide real people on your chat function.

    new email version to hard to follow, so bad. Classic email is the best version, please let people use the option "Go back to classic"

    New Yahoo is horrible. I cannot scroll to the very top of the email. Many times I have to refresh in order to select Compose an email. Yahoo has gotten rid of the "Switch back to Classic Version" option in settings.

    All my emails are gone....I had pictures in them that I had wanted saved. Now I can't get them. I am really upset.

    Migrating, migrating, migrating more of my accounts to my Gmail address each day. They don't need Yahoo+ accounts to stay in business apparently. Good luck Yahoo!!!

    clearly can see how woke yahoo is, and what side of the aisle they frolic down.
    Majority of your clients are against this "new" version, and what do you do? Ignore your customer base and say F(^(* em, with no chance of changing the version format.
    This is their nomincature-
    Those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot to back. We really hope you'll try the new experience! Thanks!

    At least give us the choice! Bring back the 'switch back' option that was removed within the last 24 hours!!

    While this looks like gmail, it isn't, and if we wanted to use gmail, we would! Hey, maybe we should if this is what happens!

    Hate the priority email set up. Too much to do already to search for the "all" option. This update sucks!

    I have been a long time user of Yahoo mail and I have to say, this update is making me regret all the years I have kept this email. It is truly terrible to navigate, I hate how the emails are under separate headings, I can't find anything that is important and now have to look through four places. Having the ads snuck in with my email sucks. Please let us have the old email back. This isn't something I will get used to - it takes me longer to deal with my email. No one wants that except advertisers.
