Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I DETEST THE CHANGES. I CAN'T EASILY SWITCH BETWEEN MY TWO YAHOO EMAILS.

    WHY ON EARTH DO YOU THINK YOU MADE IT EASIER? MAKING IT RELY ON FACIAL RECOGNITION DOESN'T HELP EITHER. MY DESKTOP COMPUTER DOESN'T HAVE A CAMERA NOR A MICROPHONE, ON PURPOSE.

    We should be able to change the format so that we can see at least twice the number of emails in one screen, they need to be spaced closer together and have the option for smaller print. This is aggravating to only see 13 emails per page.

    I hate this new version! Please give us the choice to go back..is the only reason I stood with yahoo for so long

    Please provide directions how to revert back to the classic version. Obviously, I'm not the only one who HATES the "new" version. It's horrible.

    The new version of Yahoo Mail is absolutely terrible. I hate it and want the option to go back to the old version. Please listen to your customers. We all hate this new, confusing, horrible version of Yahoo Mail. Yahoo does not appear to care that we hate this.

    This is awful - I like change and upgrades, but this is not it. PLEASE go back to the Classic Version!

    The classic version is easier to use and navigate. the new features are unnecessary for me to read emails. When you scroll over the email list it blocks the subject with short cut icons.

    This version is absolutely HORRIBLE and you can't see your emails clearly. Aesthetically
    the other version worked much better. Who ever designed this version should be fired or reassigned to the mail room at Yahoo!

    Stop making changes for change sake. I want to go back to the original version of Yahoo mail. If I can't soon, I will begin migrating it all over to google.
