Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Bring back the classic version !!! I am a 2004 baby, and despite how technologically advanced my generation is, I HATE the newer versions of Yahoo. It is hard to read, a real eye-sore and accessing my folders is so much more difficult. Things are harder to find!
Why can't it still be an option??? PLEASE BRING IT BACK I AM BEGGING

Who conducted the user survey and received 100% approval for this new version? My guess is no one, but if you were seeking your customer disapproval rating, you have accomplished your task. I am currently seeking a new email provider. Thank you.

I hate this new version, give me back the old classic e-mail. I do not like anything about it. It is a chore to just go thru your mail, i feel like giving up on it.!!!!!

I can't really add anything better than the 4000+ comments before me. This just plain sucks. Perfect example of someone sitting in an office trying to justify their job. If it isn't broken, there is absolutely no need to "fix" it.

The old version was easier to read and much easier to navigate. All folders were on screen. With a single right-click I could empty trash and spam but now it takes click..., select trash, click all checkbox, click trashcan.

whoever came up with the new design needs to be fired and blacklisted from working in anything design related, it is ugly corposlop minimalist nonsense

The new version of yahoo mail looks like it was designed for a kindergarten child or someone who is over >90. I like a lot of information in my inbox. Definitely downgraded/

Why do the other threads say Gathering Feedback or Planned or even Under Review but the one with the most comments -- the one with the majority of true reactions -- is being ignored?! Your consumer base is more important than you're obviously thinking. You don't have to send everyone back to the old version, but it's really unfair that you forced the new one of all of us especially when I know I CHOSE the standard version when this new version kept flashing up. I kept choosing it over and over and then one day I wake up and I have this headache inducing format. If I could wrap it into one thing, I would but I cannot. I can't even open this new version without getting a headache so I can't even try to adjust to it. I'm going to painstakingly go to every group or organization I've signed up for and see if I can change my email to a Gmail and when I've finished, I'll just delete my Yahoo. I've been with Yahoo since I was a CHILD and I'm in my 30s now but I feel completely disrespected by this unnecessary change. TLDR: all I want is the OPTION for us all to choose the new or old version. Like we had before.

This new version really really really truly stinks. I hate the look of it, it had zero appeal to me before when we were given the option. Now you just take away the option?! If I didn't use my Yahoo email for all important things for several years now, I'd give up the yahoo email and go for Gmail. You forced this unnecessary change on us with no way to go back and for what? Its completely and utterly pointless. It doesn't offer me anything I didn't already have and use, and it only makes me want to not open my own email. Ridiculous!

Don’t get me started all the things I hate about this new version. I can’t have my attachments previews on the side anymore I have to open them up. I hate that it is too busy with all different colors for each email and not back and white. I hate that you can’t find the setting buttons turns out they’re three little dots at the bottom of all the folder so if I have fifteen folder good luck finding the settings. The ability to change back has not been taken away. I’m just getting started …….
