Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I dont like the new layout. Why is read email grayed out? This is terrible for people with poor eyesight. It's not 508 compliant. Give me the old classic version back. Stop upgrading for the purpose of providing something "new". New is not always better.

The new web email interface sucks! I can't figure out how to go back to classic because you have buried it somewhere. It really sucks.

I wish I'd never explored the New Yahoo, I don't want AI in my mail, the new UI is not productive. Please allow us to return to the old layout, this is miserable and I will not use it.

Absolutely Hate the New Version--Visually impaired and this has destroyed my ability to easily read my email.
No Consideration to users who have been with Yahoo since its Inception. New Youthful Designers who could not design a "Paper Bag". Supe bad Choice!!!! -

The new layout is nu age abomination. Like Hello Kitty Tonka Toy themed but not cute. I can't even write an email without using the pop out feature because I can't get to the bottom of your screen. GO BACK TO OLD LAYOUT. Check out google. Type 'go back' and immediate results include go back to old yahoo email.

Clearly Yahoo is not in the business to please their customers. This update is by far the worst ever. You've made the program look like gmail but worse. On top of that it is hard to navigate. The old version was a million times better. It gave people the option to actually customize their experience. Now I am stuck with something I do not want and will not use.

Looks awful, can't navigate between accounts. Terrible. Need to get another email provider if not given the option to change back to original.

"We review the most popular, feasible ideas from this forum to make positive changes to your Yahoo Mail." Most popular, Go Back to the Classic Version. Nothing needed to be changed. Listen to what people are saying, at least give us the option to go back to Classic, or we can change to GMail, as some have stated. Nobody should be forced to keep something they don't like or even hate, especially when there are other options. Give us back our Classic email please!

I absolutely despise the new yahoo. I cannot find things with ease. I have DECADES of information on yahoo and I feel robbed. You should offer the classic version as a permanent option for your users.

This is the worst thing I have ever seen. Hard to read and navigate. I cannot change my email account and go elsewhere as I use for work, or I would be gone. This is ridiculous.

I do not like the new version at all. Please go back to the classic version or at least give us a choice of versions. When I try to vote, I get a message that I must log in first but see nowhere to login.

We are a business and we are disappointing in the new change of yahoo layout. Hard to read, unorganized, and overall bad appearance. Most likely we are planning to switch all of our business to a different email platform other than Yahoo.
