Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    YAHOO, KNOW THAT, I PLAN TO LEAVE THE PLATFORM IF YOU DON'T REVERSE YOUR HORRIBLE SYSTEM CHANGE OR PROVIDE THE OPTION TO REVERT BACK TO THE USABLE FORMAT YOU TOOK AWAY. I DEMAND A RESPONSE AND PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS REQUEST.

    new yahoo email is a disaster. can't get rid of the preview summary above the actual email. all mail vs. priority mail - how about letting me decide that - because your AI is getting it wrong.

    New version is terrible. If I wanted this style I would have gone to gmail. I want old version back ASAP. Form all the posts, it seems that MANY are going to leave yahoo. I must be able to switch between my different addresses and see if I have new emails without clicking on other tabs. BRING BACK THE CLASSIC!!!!

    Give us back the old version. I have been using yahoo since the 90s and am now looking at dropping it for something else because of the new mail.

    I have used the same yahoo email account for approx. 25 years. If there is no option to revert to the usable UI and to opt out of the AI (annoying, inaccurate, invasive, waste of screen space & energy, etc.), then I will plan to leave Yahoo, and also the affiliated properties that this account has kept me connected to.

    On top of extremely invasive AI blocking half of my emails with their fake "summaries", I get a nasty pop-up saying that "ad blockers are against our ToS". Well, AI is against MY terms of use!! It's bad enough I had to zoom out to 67% just to be able to see my inbox, but now I'm supposed to infect my work computer with viruses, spyware, and hackers? WTF is Yahoo thinking?

    I just wasted like 20 minutes of my life trying to switch back to the original look because I REALLY do not like this look and I am unable to, so I am even more irked. Please allow us to return to the previous format. We should have the OPTION of accepting this new format. Please don't shove it down our throats. And now I have to accept Uservoice before even posting a comment. If we are now forced to accept Uservoice and its purpose is to improve customer experience, for the love of everything please listen and implement what we want.

    I've never been so livid about anything in my computer. I don't want your eye sore **** purple passion. In fact I don't want any thing whatsoever in your ******* operation. You should all be fired or sued.

    I want to go back to the classic version. why do companies always take away choices? new doesn’t mean better! it aint. please let us go back to classic version! New version is terrible.
