Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I do NOT like the new version, refer back to old version of yahoo mail. I should have an option, not automatic. It the old version does not come available soon I will drop yahoo mail and go to gmail.

    I am NOT HAPPY WITH NO OPTION TO KEEP BASIC. ITS TERRIBLE AND YOU USED TO GIVE ME THE OPTION... WAY TO GO YAHOO..... GMAIL HERE I COME

    The new format is so horrible I am going to transition to my gmail account. I am disgusted with yahoo not allowing us to keep what we had. If it doesn;t let us stay with the old version I will stop using Yahoo mail. This is shameful.

    I can not stand this new version. Its ridiculous to NOT have the classic version. I am opening an email account with another provider. After all of these years... shame on you yahoo for not putting your customers first.

    Yahoo has now ruined my other 2 email accounts and can no longer even choose the "basic mail" option. This completely unwanted and unrequested redesign is hot garbage.

    I noted that the Go Back To Basic Mail option was deleted TODAY 03/14/2025. I found with the new version that I could not embed photos into the body of the email so I would toggle back to the Basic Mail version to complete that task.

    I would like to urge the folks at Yahoo Mail to either restore the option of Basic Mail or allow embedded photos in the newer version.

    I understand that innovating and upgrading is a part of growth however I would like to have the option to choose which yahoo version of email I use. I do not like the new update and have no desire to change to the new version in the future. Please allow users to have a say in which version they like. I would be willing to close my account over this.

    Please go back to the full old version! I dislike the new one and the option to go back has disappeared! I have a paid Yahoo! subscription

    no problems with the old version help says you can switch from the new version back to the old version in settings i could not find that switch in yahoo mail settings if this is ai generated i fear more problems coming moving forward

    WHY CAN'T WE GET USER FRIENDLY BASIC MAIL ANY MORE...I CAN'T READ WHITE AND GRAY OR BLACK EMAILS...THERE IS NO COLOR WHY DOES YAHOO HATE IT'S CUSTOMERS?
