Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Please go back to the Classic version. This new format is lousy. I'm not understanding why give us the option to keep the Classic version just for us to log in and we are switched to the new format.

    This is ****. About a week ago I DID select to go back the the classic version, logged in today and this new garbage layout is there with no more option to go back. You might want to rethink this Yahoo. We should all still have the option to go back. As many others have asked, please restore the option to use the Classic Version.

    I HATE THIS NEW FORMAT!!!! We should be given a choice to select it or remain with the old version, NOT forced...is Trump or Elon behind this too??!!

    I don't get verification codes from credit card sights to pay my bills this sucks but you won't change it back anyways

    Do you people not care about your customers opinion?????? I have not heard or read about anyone being for this new email. It is hated by everyone. When you lose all your customers, maybe you will get your heads out of A** and do what is wanted by your customers.

    Yahoo changed the email UI and made it way more convoluted to switch between two yahoo mailboxes. Also, I can't see the top part of my Inbox either. The new UI gets 2 thumbs down from me.
    PLEASE ask the developers to switch it back to how it was earlier - switching between mailboxes could be done easily at the top left.

    Why can't you guys just EVER listen to your users and leave OUR accounts ALONE!!! Personally I have directly said this across YEARS of your staff interfering with my account. We don't like your fooling around with our email and personal choices of what we LIKE with garbage you guys say we SHOULD like - we MUST like - we WILL like ...when you never have a blessed clue. Personally AI bites - and I neither want nor need a machine (nor you people) determining how I must have my account display and how I will use the options I had already determined to be the most efficient for me.
