Not a new idea but a suggestion: Go back to the old version. I've contacted you before and have tried to continue to use Yahoo mail but it just keeps getting worse. Gmail works great as does Outlook (even better) so I will export all of my contacts and emails to Outlook and use their platform exclusively. I think what is happening is that your coders fix one problem (they think) and it screws up something else.

How do I go back to the Classic Yahoo? I can't reply to emails, the mouse pointer skips around when I reply and then deletes my message. This is a nightmare.

None of the changes are helpful, it's just more difficult to use. Please restore the old version.

It's so important that I am going to start using my gmail instead. That's the only reason I kept yahoo for about 30 years instead of migrating to google 20 years ago when I signed up for my google account. So, goodbye. When you go back to classic I will come back here. In the meantime, i will use gmail that looks like this and is less aggravating because I know what I am getting there.

This is by far the worst version of yahoo mail I've ever used! If they don't allow us to use the classic version I will be switching to Gmail only! Ive been a yahoo mail user for well over 20 years. This service is ridiculous.

I may end up closing my yahoo email and suggesting to those I know to do the same. I did not ask or was I given the option to stay on the Classic Version.

its ridiculous how hard it was to find this location to even make a comment. The new version is awful. I have found Yahoo lately to be so user-unfriendly. Do you really listen to the users? And paying for technical support monthly is ridiculous. I've been with yahoo, a long time...but maybe its time to change.

I second what Allison said! I literally took me 30 mins just to find out I couldn't even get the classic version back AND find this area to comment. The new version is so bad it may very well force me to switch to Gmail. The whole reason I preferred Yahoo was it was as close to Microsoft Outlook as I could find without having to set up outlook.

The new version isn't as good as the old version. I want the old version back. Color scheme is bad and no option to change it. Layout makes less sense than the old one. I've been with Yahoo for over 20 years for a reason, now you have taken that reason away. Why? I want my eyes not to hurt while doing my emails. If I wanted this "upgrade" I would switch to gmail. Restore it, you have no reason not to. Seriously.

Everything is GRAY and I cannot read GRAY. I cannot find a specific mail or date. The new version has no logic built into the very function of mail. I need to go back to CLASSIC MAIL now!
