I HATE the new Yahoo email. It is the stupidest format I have ever seen.

Why can't you guys just EVER listen to your users and leave OUR accounts ALONE!!! Personally I have directly said this across YEARS of your staff interfering with my account. We don't like your fooling around with our email and personal choices of what we LIKE with garbage you guys say we SHOULD like - we MUST like - we WILL like ...when you never have a blessed clue. Personally AI bites - and I neither want nor need a machine (nor you people) determining how I must have my account display and how I will use the options I had already determined to be the most efficient for me.

What is wrong with you, Yahoo? This is absolutely how you lose customers. Way to shoot yourselves in the foot rolling out this nonsense. You're not even listening to your customers' feedback and it shows. Absolutely infuriating and a waste of time.

I HATE the new version. It's awful and I'm constantly refreshing when it glitches and doesn't show features/buttons/folders. I need the old one back. F this

Absolutely horrible! I will not use Yahoo any more if I can’t change my screen back to the old one.

Less useful way to see attachments.After seeing attachments does not go back to main page and need to exit Yahoo.Forwarding emails also difficult,the Send button is nowhere to be seen.I need to open the tablet to continue

The new version looks horrible and is hard to navigate. Also really ****** me off that it was changed without asking and no option to move it back. Everyone always gives me a hard time about not using gmail and I've defended this service because of how well it was laid out and functioned. I'll wait a month or two to see if Yahoo listens, otherwise will move my email and other services elsewhere.

I don't like the new format give the option to switch back to classic. why change what is working. I may start using Gmail instead.

Bring Back the Classic Version!

The new version not only looks terrible, but is far slower and harder to navigate. The classic version was far superior in every way. You definitely need to bring it back.
