Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Are you TRYING to get people to leave Yahoo mail? Because you're going about it the right way! This "new look" is HIDEOUS, user-UNfriendly, and terrible to navigate!! BRING BACK THE CLASSIC LOOK!!

    The New look for Yahoo Mail is awful and painful and what is worst the option to go back to the old versio was removed recently

    The new version is very frustrating to use. It randomly switches to Priority emails so that I am missing emails that maybe aren't considered "priority", but are still important for me to read. It's also very difficult to distinguish between actual emails and inserted ads between messages. Please restore the option to return to basic mail!!!

    You say, "Those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot go back". WHY did you change the look WITHOUT ASKING FIRST?? What happened to OPTIONS!? IDIOTS!! This "new look" is REPULSIVE!!

    PROVIDE A WEB-BASED INTERFACE TO YAHOO MAIL THAT IS SIMILAR TO OTHER STANDARD E-MAIL SYSTEMS LIKE OUTLOOK - THE NEW YAHOO MAIL INTERFACE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL

    I use Yahoo Mail for critical personal and business functions. I need to use the web-based interface on a Windows desktop or laptop. The new interface severely limits my productivity.

    I have been a paying customer of Yahoo Mail Pro for many decades. It is unconscionable for you to force this unwanted change on paying customers.

    I'm too old to appreciate the new mail layout. I hate change. I want the option to go back to the old email layout. I'm surprised that Yahoo didn't give its users a choice. I bet a lot of users say that they're going to use Gmail instead.

    New version = HORRIBLE, VILE, & HATED !!!!!

    OLD VERSION = PREFERRED, WANTED BACK, LOVED BY USERS,

    Conclusion = As long as the new version is forced upon users the quicker yahoo heads towards oblivion because management wants to be VERY, VERY, STUPID !!! and not listen to what its users want and are telling them. The users are telling you what they want and management's failure to hear us will result in yahoo going right into extinction along with the dinosaurs and dodo bird, your choice yahoo, listen to us (the millions of UNHAPPY !!!! users) or not and go extinct

    Unless you allow me to switch back to the old format, I am going to quit using Yahoo for anything and stop paying for premium tech support. These new Mail and News format are *********!!!

    ABSOLUTELY HATE this layout! Especially the additional right-side column (starred / contacts, etc.) There is no benefit to the DISTRACTING icons, gray shading. Takes away from the whole purpose of ease of use of emails. I've been a mail paid plus user for years and hate this layout so much I am considering canceling my account. It was fine the way it was. Please go back ASAP.

    The loss of the old classic version is like a death of a loved one. It's that bad! The new version is HORRIBLE and UNWORKABLE!! Get rid of this garbage. In Texas we say, if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT!

    The unwanted and awful change today to Yahoo mail will mean most people will stop using it because it is awful now ..and they did not ask if we wanted the awful "new system " where it is hard to find things ..What or who decided to make such changes without asking the victims ( customers ) ..

    This is the first time I am seriously considering migrating my Yahoo account to another platform. Moving to the new version should be an option, not forced on your users.

    I opted out of the new version and have happily been on the old version for this whole time. Yesterday I went to my email and it had changed to the new version and I no longer have the opt out . I hate this!

    Going back to the Classic Version seems much cleaner!

    The icons are distracting, ugly and totally unnecessary. Go back to the old mail!
