Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    What the ****, Yahoo? Why am I being forced back into this awful, clunky, ridiculous version of your mail—again? I already suffered through it once, made it clear how much I hated it, and was finally allowed to switch back to the original version. And now, you’re shoving it down my throat again?

    What was so wrong with the original version—the one that was actually functional and easy to use? Do I get to switch back, or are you just making the decision for me and pushing me to ditch Yahoo entirely for something else? Because if that’s the case, just say so.

    This is beyond frustrating. Fix it.

    Bring back the classic version. Get rid of the icons associated with emails.

    I've been using Yahoo Mail for 20+ years, and am finally doing what all my colleagues did years ago.. switch over to GMAIL.
    Your "Classic Mail" used to be an EXCELLENT mail system.
    Both options you offer now are SIGNIFICANT downgrades.
    You should all be fired immediately.

    I have been a Yahoo mail and Yahoo Mail+ user for Yearrrrrrrrrsssss... The most recent version (no longer accessible) works fantastic.

    If I cannot choose a prior version I will migrate to Gmail.... This new version is horrible ... I can't even begin to tell you how big of a mistake this is.

    Put the email back the way it was. There was nothing wrong with it and I'm just getting ****** that this new format is NOT how I want my email.

    I already opted out of the new version when they shifted me into it the first time. Now they just forced me into it and disabled the ability to revert.

    Why is it that the basic version is the best and they refuse to see it? Oh right, gotta make it seem as if the new version looks good on paper for the shareholders.

    I'll give them some time to come to their senses but I will just leave Yahoo and go to Gmail full time if they don't at least give us the option to revert back.

    what is going on? new version is TERRIBLE!!! Why don.t I have the option of going back to the classic version? I did not ask for the new version. Why fix what is not broke!!! PLEASE go back to the old version! This is a very sad day for yahoo!YOU ALL MESSED UP BIG TIME!!!

    Been using Yahoo Mail for literal decades. This is horrible. ******* the eyes. Can't preview documents while remaining in the email. Only 25 emails show at a time? This is absolutely horrible. I'm looking into alternatives. The basic version was sooooo usable and practical. This is HORRIBLE!

    the new look designer should be shot! u didnt make it easier to read, it is now looking like gmail..which sucks!...you guys had a good thing going! now its a mess!

    pls go back to classic version!!!!...If not i am leaving yahoo..New look doesnt even show which email i have replied of fwd!! its missing all the usual look and feel. New look is horrible, cluttered and heavy!!

    No, you won't change this or give me an option to go back to basic mail because your programmers don't care. The new Yahoo Mail sucks. I used the basic version, which met all my needs. The Classic version also sucks, but slightly less. Why? The advanced search is less robust. Can't see more than about a dozen (or less) emails as I scroll down. Give me the option to go back to basic email. I have to click multiple times to see the folders. I don't have a back key to return to where I left off. It's more difficult to delete multiple junk mails easy. I could go on and on, but what's the point because you don't care how users actually feel about this. As usual, any "exciting, new upgrade" is a piece of ****. It's only exciting because I can now do less and it takes me longer to actually use it. This is horrible. What is wrong with you! I actually want the basic version. It's simple. The advanced search feature was more robust. One could scroll down hundreds of emails without having to constantly click between pages. I am considering dumping yahoo after 20+ years for a more user-friendly product. Shame on you.

    New look is very bad and hard to use. I'll be leaving yahoo as my primary email soon if we can't go back to the old way.
