Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I did not ask to upgrade to the shiny new dogshit version. all utility and functionality has been stripped since I can't see my folders. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? I don't want your psudo-apple bubble widgets. Let me put it back, please.

WHY did you change the look and format?? It was perfect the way it was and now you've gone and SCREWED it all up!! HORRIBLE!! I don't know what idiot came up with this idea, but FIRE THEM!!

Wish you didn't change mail - do not like all the options like social etc on the top - too confusing. Need to make things simple. Sad that old mail version is not available.

HORRIBLE! It does things on its own like changing to dark mode and worse, sending emails before you send them.
I wish I did not rely on the email address for everything because I would **** can Yahoo in a heart beat if I could!

Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad New Version! Go back to Classic Version. This new version is absolute garbage in every way. You are wasting money paying people to change something that was already terrific. Bring back Classic Version and never, ever, ever try to force us to change, particularly to something that looks as though it's not even completed. There is absolutely no advantage to this new version and many disadvantages. You clearly need to respect your devoted users. I am a 64 year old professional. This looks as though it was designed by a 12 year old aspiring programmer.

Go back, this new version is horrible. The ads are super distracting - I promise you I will never give business or click on any of the ads on your page because they are annoying - reverse marketing and these companies are wasting their money. Go back to the old version or I'm moving to gmail who has ZERO ads.

Classic mail was so clear simple to use I can go through the 80 or so emails in a few minutes to decide what needs attention. The new system takes twice as long and I always feel I have missed something. Each thing take more time ant effort. Try replying to someones email you cannot read then reply and scroll down to send ! Only way I could do it is return to basic mail answer it and send. This is only possible for a couple of days as basic mail only goes back a couple of days. AND now it looks like basic mail is no longer an option. PLEASE RETURN ACCESS TO CLASSIC MAIL.

Again, you made major program changes without testing or notifying your user base? Breaking the cardinal rule in releasing new products?! Are you using interns to program now because no one seems to care about the end user and you're not addressing major product problems. Please put an adult in charge and allow us the option of the classic version!!!

I dislike this new version visually. I want the classic version back. It is not an improvement, and I would like to point out because of these constant changes you are making it more difficult for the elderly, disabled, etc. to be able to navigate websites to the point they just give up.

The new version is awful and I have a difficult time finding things. I do not like the new version at all which is not as detailed as the old classic I am used to. Very unhappy! Please BRING THE CLASSIC BACK!

I am not getting my critical emails from my doctors, amazon orders with this new email format....I am so upset that you have blocked my yahoo mail account from going back to the classic version! I have used yahoo email for all my personal and business accounts for over 30 years and I am so frustrated and underwhelmed with this forced on me new version of yahoo mail. I want my old mail format back that met my needs perfectly for over 3 decades...My son told me to switch to gmail...

I HATE, HATE HATE this new version!!!!!! I want my mail put back to the old way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an e-mail account with another server and will go to that one if you don't put my account back to the classic version!!!!!!
