Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Stop trying to force new looks on everyone! Classic version was fine, we don't need new features, and whoever thought this design was a good idea needs a pay cut. The last thing anyone needs is to login and suddenly have everything be different every six months. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just provide the same service you always have.

This New Version was not well thought out. It is missing many components that the Classic Yahoo Email had. The Classic version was enjoyed by many and there was no need to all of a sudden push this new version on me and destroy the Classic version. I am now missing many emails and sent emails are not coming to me, but I see them in the Basic email version. Put the Classic version in where you have the Basic email that you can switch to. The Classic version is much better than the basic version which is really terrible but much better than your new change. Give us the Option to have the Classic Yahoo Email that was perfect for me. You are not listening to your Users that have stuck with Yahoo for many years.

I hate this new version. It's hard to read and ******* the eyes. Go back to the older version... or give me the option to. I don't need the AI to summarize the email for me.

Classic was simple and one click for all trash and spam...and done.
New is multi-click and "where'd it go?" for everything.

Yahoo Classic was this...bring it back, please.

Stop messing with what works.
The new look is ugly with un-needed graphics and icons.
And even if I switch to "Basic Mail" you have removed the dark theme for that.
You broke something that worked just fine. -

Anyone know if it is possible to switch back to the Classic version?

PLEASE go back to old Yahoo email. This new one is a travesty. I literally will delete the same email multiple times, and it appears back in my inbox. ALSO STOP PRIORITY. The ai does NOT know what is PRIORITY to me, and I miss important emails. Honestly, I've been using Yahoo email for 20 years and I'm ready to switch to Gmail.

leave what was a great system as it was please. If a system works leave it be. You may be making many people angry and giving up on Email. I will be letting it go if things don't return to normal.

I've lost all my photos that were in my classic version. I would prefer the classic version as opposed to the new yahoo mail

I pay for Yahoo Mail Plus. I've used it for years because it's simple to use. I only use Yahoo email on a computer.
This "new" version is like what email was back at the beginning of the web. I want SIMPLE functional email. You will force me to switch to Gmail.
NowI find I can no longer drag and drop a photo into the body of an email.
The worthless starred window on the right side takes up my working space.
I can't drag an email to a folder.
Sad to say I don't think Yahoo gives a ****. Do they listen to us? I doubt it. -- KenA
