Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I can write paragraphs and paragraphs of what's wrong with this new version. But at least give us the option of switching back to old one. But you HAD to take it away (as of today, yesterday i still can). WHY? This one doesn't work in ALL aspects, amongst which are the VERY basic features of all email programs. WHO designed this? Did you do a User Experience study before you switch?

    This has to be the worst update I have ever seen. I was forced to use the new update version and it is so NOT user friendly. I hate it and if I can't go back to the old version I will be forced to switch to a different email. I never saw the "Go back to original version" option but would sure like that option. Again this is the most awful update I have ever seen, at least the previous version was user friendly. I'm not opposed to trying something new but this new update is a NIGHTMARE!

    OMG The new look is TERRIBLE !! Fire the person who thought of this! i want my email back to what it was. wow just wow. where was my vote for this POS!?!? If not back I'm changing my email.

    I've been with Yahoo email for many, many years. I tried the new email. I hate it. The fact that we can't revert back to basic email is a deal breaker for me. Then you want to charge me to do mail forwarding? What a joke! I have no choice but to go to Gmail.

    I want my classic email back. This new **** was changed without my permission. It is AWFUL. Hard to navigate. The windows are HUGE and it hides what I need. Give me back my classic NOW.

    Take me back to 'Yahoo Classic' where, for better or worse, people write their own emails, quirks and all... rather than a summary, which is AI written and discharged, like so much **** on a wall. 'Classic' is simple, straight forward and the best of formats for people who are not interested with the influencer tactics of the media and world around us.

    you have really screwed me up with this change-customers be damned. It's like when IT people try to redesign and HR app. They know nothing about the user and approach it technically so it makes sense to them but not the true user.

    I am unable to see the full text when composing a new email. The subject line is cut off and difficult to add to. Also, my name and old phone number are in my email which I do not want. I miss the old easier to use and read version!

    I don't hate this because it's new and different. I hate it because it's so poorly designed.

    I really want to meet the systems analysts who designed this. There's absolutely NO WAY that user feedback preferred this clunky, oversized, harder-to-navigate mess over the old version.

    I will start the transition to gmail or something else tomorrow. Stuck with basic for years now you have stuck it to me. New format is awful and your communication of this change and training support to understand it is dismal. Will sign of shortly...

    I prefer the Basic yahoo email version. I found it easier to navigate and had all the option I need automatically shown, no fuss or extras. Straight to the point
