Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    For many years I used Yahoo Mail to control access to my contacts. Everything worked very well and I remained with the service because of the ease of use. With the latest change, everything became very difficult to the point I will have to move to a different service that isn't as difficult to use.
    I hope you will allow those who wish to go back to the earlier version to do so.

    Stop changing the look over and over and over and over and over....
    we get used to a version like the classic. leave it!!! justify your job by doing something else.
    by the way, the new version is horrible, too jumbled, and not very pleasing to the eye. simplicity is far better. too many colors and distractions.
    PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE CHANGE, SO STOP CHANGING THE LOOK!!!!

    Literally this "new" version is just a garbage ripoff of gmail, except there are forced ads. I literally am just going to have all my yahoo mail forwarded to my gmail account until Basic is back.

    I don't know what IDIOT came up with this idea of changing the look/format, but they should be FIRED!! You never even had the decency to ASK first! WE are the ones who use this! WE are the ones who pay for this service! WE are the ones who should have a say in what it looks like! GIVE US BACK THE CLASSIC LOOK!!

    This sucks. Every number I call for YAHOO is a money making scheme. All I want to do is to speak with someone and I can see it is useless. If you cannot fix the problem, let me know and I will go elsewhere. This is so bad.

    This new version is just awful - can you at the very least give us the option to return to the classic version? The thought of changing emails makes me nauseous but wow, an 'upgrade' like this makes me wonder if that's in order.

    I AM ******. I have tried at least 15 telephone numbers and they all want money if I ask them a question. What is with this "middle man ****"? All I want is my old email back. I am old and do NOT understand any technical language. I want my old email back. If you cannot do it, please let me know so I can go to another site and then cancel Yahoo since nobody can help me. How come you people have nothing for us oldtimers who have no kids and I do not have anyone here to help me.

    Today you have changed my yahoo look and I am disgusted by it. Why does it matter to you if someone wants the old version? You don't have to update it, it works just fine. Update this new garbage for other customers who want to use it. Leave classic version for us.

    Yahoo apparently despises their own customers / subscribers, because they're FORCING the WORST change EVER in the history of e-mail on us. Give us the option to change this back to what we had before! Also, your INEPT system is giving an error message: "Sign in required to continue". I'M ALREADY SIGNED IN!!!!! HOW INCOMPETENT are the people running this company???
