Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Both new and old Yahoo mail runs so badly in Chrome that it freezes my browser and sometimes my whole computer just while loading up- WHY is that happening, this is insane, it has done this for years please just make it halfway work like a normal website...

    The updated Yahoo Mail is completely unusable on my desktop iMac (from 2014). I've got the most updated operating system I can get on this computer. Yahoo Mail now tells me, "Update your browser to continue to the new Yahoo Mail" and then gives me the option to use the "basic version of Yahoo Mail". However, whenever I choose to use the "basic version of Yahoo Mail" it won't let me actually do anything in Yahoo Mail. If I try to read a message or delete messages it kicks me out of the system and then tells me to "Update your browser..." I can only delete messages now using Yahoo Mail on my phone. I'm frustrated. Yahoo can do better.

    Why do you keep changing ****? Now I can't figure out how to delete all my e-mails at once. I now have to delete each one at a time! Stop making it harder to figure stuff out. Hate this new site!

    Why does the stupid yahoo mail move items I've moved to subfolders back to the main inbox constantly?

    What the **** is the need for "priority" inbox???? just have an in box, period!!!!

    Вы сделали отвратительный интерфейс, который по настройкам мало чем лучше базового. Неудобный, непродуманный. Верните старую версию, где можно было выбрать цветовые темы, плотный список адресов, и письмо было видно в вертикальном режиме - а не пару строчек, как сейчас. И увольте того, кто руководил созданием нынешнего.

    И еще: эта форма работает только после входа в систему, но вход - после написания комментария

    The current system of selecting emails is ****. I delete 99% of my emails and with last couple of updates, it takes two or three times as long to get through them. The check boxes have always been too small, and it seems like the cursor recognition area has somehow gotten even smaller with the last update. The easiest workaround was to select 100 emails and then scroll through and deselect the one or two that are worth reading and delete the rest, but now when you scroll through to a certain point, it automatically selects an additional 100, which makes that method unusable, since you can't see everything you've marked.

    Please stop............when i look at the new version, it doesn't add anything new. it's just a big black screen of email. It's ugly and doesn't add any value. I had modified my email to a display with a background picture that i like. I do not want to have to do it again!!!!!! Also, this is just email, what's the problem?

    The new UI where every message is highlighted, other than the one most recently being clicked on, is positively TERRIBLE!
    I can't tell the difference between read and unread messages anymore.
    This is so bleeping important I'm going to say that again.

    BTW, I use your dark theme. I'm guessing whichever genius made the change only ever uses the blinding white theme and failed to test with other themes.

    I hate the "NEW" yahoo mail, I'm researching alternatives.
    This new email is terrible. Why couldn't you just leave it alone!!!!!!!!!

    The White or Black colouring of the new interface is very difficult to work with - triggered a migraine, and the back theme is challenging for my daughter with an eye issue. Could you restore some of the pastel coloured themes for dyslexia, blindness and other issues?

    PS - you are not compliant with disability laws!

    The last update of the interface made yahoo mail much difficult to use. There are no contours and spacing it;s way too big

    NO I CANNOT--try to read any email, move any message, immediately goes back to "UPDATE YOUR BROWSER". None of your business what browser I use, it's just EMAIL. Display the stupid email, you do not dictate what I install on my machine. Honor your words, "DONT WANT TO UPGRADE? YOU CAN STILL USE BASIC VERSION"!!! Do not lock out users, if it works for my browser it will work for the "newest spiffiest whistles-and-bells versions", which will not WORK on my not so modern machine. If you continue to force software, then PLEASE BUY A NEW COMPUTER FOR ME!!!

    It's ok to improve, but what is the point of changing the look and texture if it becomes too slow to be even unsuable. I tried forwording some mails from my phone and i ended up doing it from my pc, waiting for a message to be forwarded..... i dont think the speeds are there

    Every time I want to file an email in a folder the folder list pops-over to suggest a second window automatically! This is very annoying. This should be a setting. It is also sickening for those who suffer from vertigo and visual & balance issues. Please change this. Why would anyone want this constantly? EVERY STINKING TIME! Give it a rest please! Make it stop please!

    I am so happy with the different types of inbox you provide for me like primary, all,offers,and all. I had trouble signing in to my yahoo Mail account. But I will now be able to send and receive emails in all my boxes 📦. Thank you so much. Guadalupe Al Langawi 520-606-3627
