Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

WHY wasting money turn something works well already, into something tricky and unusable?? It is a email inbox page, not a super market, it is ought to be clear and efficient, not fancy looking circus page with random artificial idiots trying to explain my email to me, I can read them alright!!!

I have been using yahoo for our business for ~20 yrs, I will be switching (which will be a giant PIA) to Google if the old version is not re instated. The new version SUCKS, I can't even tell which emails I have responded to...worst update ever

I do not want all that trash mixed in with my emails; especially the ads. I clicked on one and hit a scammer. I had to sign out to get out of this email. It's scary. Just give me my emails. I do not need to know all the "junk" on the top of the email. Also, it's hard to delete "trash" and "spam" emails. I do not like it at all.

i want to go back to classic version ,i dont even have a trash so i can see what i deleted and a spam vision either so i can click not spam... this i garbage / junk email/ cant delete sent email. i`m missing e miles from my stock broker daily report ..what i sold or buy/ i did see any of my ebay emails what a pice of junk you did to my email....Bill Pfundstein

This new page is the worst update Yahoo has done in years. And without an option to customize or adjust the page in any way.
I'll pay for another service to get rid of this useless change and just forward my emails over. -

This is literally such a bad version. First of all, why on earth are unread, trash, etc, collapsed and not able to fill the left side of the screen? There is so much room. Secondly, why is everything so LARGE? It's just unnecessary.
Folders and filters were also completely ruined. Why the heck did you think that was a good idea????
It's not even helpful. As others said, you cannot see half of what you need to see anymore.
Listen to everyone - go back. This version actually sucks so bad. -

Horrible is the only word I have for this. I have a business and a personal email and manage a 3rd party email. I need those folders UP TOP. Not down at the bottom where I have to go find them to toggle between them. Then, why is Spam buried in the folders and again, you have to go look for it with the three dots. There was NOTHING wrong with the old version and we should have a choice of how we want our email layout to be. I can go back to the classic email but you took away all the colors and it's the stark white screen and ******* the eyes. So disappointed!!!

Looks like they force you to get paid version so you can forward all emails to a usable interface.
$5.00 a month is going to be a well spent option to be rid of this now useless format. If I can't transfer all my contact info within the 14 day free trial period I'll gladly pay to get out of this horrible interface. I figure it's only going to take a couples weeks or so in my spare time but if it takes longer, so be it. Farewell Yahoo, it's been nice knowing you for the past twenty years, I hope AI is reading this one

sorry i forgot this. A-was this designed by a 5 year old child. B- the old saying if its not broken leave it alone. C-this is called take something simple and works great, this is now complicated and waste of time, it takes 4 times longer to do the same task,
