Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I cannot find trash and I like old Yahoo better. Don't appreciate I was forced into changing

    The new version is awful. Doesn't work right and it's missing many features of the old version. Give your customers the choice of keeping the old version.

    Yet again trouble with this new version, trying to find out where emails have gone...not at all clear and trouble deleting emails...want to see the classic version reinstated

    Totally agree. Why is there always this need to frustrate your customers by making something "new and improved" when it ISN'T!! It's a horrible layout.

    The new look is awful. It makes it difficult to read. You've got to change it back. how are we supposed to read anything when the background color is almost the same as the font. Like the old adage says " If int ain't broke don't fix it"

    go back to classic version please. my eyes can't process new version. categories are wrong. can't find my stuff. difficult to read. don't try to organize my emails, let me do it.

    Please let us use the old version this new UI is awful. Whoever approved this needs to be terminated.

    How do you go back to the old version? This new one sucks and I hate it. Why the **** y'all feel the need to change **** that doesn't need changing is beyond me. If you don't have anything else to do, go get a library card, or a hobby, or an addiction like everyone else who sucks at life.

    This change is unnecessary. Go back to the original version! It's obvious this new version is not user friendly. I believe this is a ruse in order to make us sign up for UserVoice so yahoo can access and sell more of our personal information. This just doesn't feel right!

    I am not liking this new format at all. Had to search for SPAM and TRASH lists. Do not like the white or dark mode settings. I saw nothing wrong with the screen the way it was.

    Go back to the old format or give us the option to go back to the old format. The new format is unusable and sucks. Not sure why you did this but it is the worst idea thus far for yahoo.

    Change it back PLEASE!!! This new look is HORRIBLE. It is NOT user friendly. Why are "read" emails showing with a gray background???? It is mad confusing. Too much going on visually with that and all the other changes. Went back to the Classic email look...but that's so ancient its not efficient time wise. Just please go back to the version before this newest one. That one we could drag emails to folders as well. Why change what was working fine?

    GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY!
    Fire whomever decided on this new version of Yahoo because obviously they don't have a clue what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!

    This new format is HORRIBLE and has moved or eliminated many features... why can't we still have our Classic version ... I HATE THIS NEW VERSION and really has upset me and it has misplaced or gotten rid of things and features I use all the time
