Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Priority mail is automatically selected and I miss very important emails that Yahoo has decided not to show me by default. Please return to the previous version. It was easy to use. I have a Gmail account and use Yahoo because I liked it better. Not anymore.

    I really don't like the new version of Yahoo Mail. I have lost mail and had to ask Yahoo to help me retrieve for me but it is not intuitive at all. I don't read every email so I would like the ability to skip over and then mark read on most. It isn't an easy thing to do now. This version is as awful as when I used my first computer system in the early 80's. Options seem to me either missing or hiding somewhere that is not easy to find.
    I also don't want the AI version. If this doesn't change back I will go to Gmail.

    I just sent an extremely important email and of course none of the images I included in the email, which were there when it was drafted, worked on the receiving end for anyone. They also don't show up in my sent mailbox. Whoever is scuttling Yahoo, congratulations, you've succeeded.

    This service is no longer reliable enough to be used as a primary email.

    I agree with all the negative comments here! I hate this new email format and will also leave and go to gmail if this is not reverted back to the old format...very soon!!!

    I'm consistently having issues with the new Yahoo Mail. I cannot scroll through messages without it skipping on me regularly, and I'm constantly having to go back to make sure I didn't miss something I'm looking for, AND email option buttons go missing when I click on emails. I often cannot send, reply, forward, etc. because the options are just MISSING. I typically have to back out of an email to go back in and see if the options are there or even if they are there, once I get to writing my reply, the options go away again. I do not know why you changed things; it was better before. Please fix this stuff. I've always like Yahoo and have been with you for many years, but this is getting really difficult to deal with. Thank you.

    I am most likely going to switch email providers if we can't go back to the old format. I do not like it at all!

    Why are the contact names covered over with the email address? I would rather have the contact name displayed as I don't recognize the email address. Please change it. Also how can I return to classic email? I really hate, despise, loathe this new email. I did not ask for it. It just appeared and I am having a time trying to figure it out. Please, please give me the classic email. Thank you.

    Not a fan, what happened to being able to select all messages and deleting them. That even isn't an option. Why do you have to go and make changes when it was fine with the way it was.

    Seriously considering asking my company to switch my email address from Yahoo with this new version. Please at laat give us the option to switch back to the classic version

    I just want the original version. It worked. It wasn't broken. Please stop trying to fix things that aren't broken, or at a minimum give us the OPTION (and make it SIMPLE) to revert back to our standard e-mail if we'd like. SMH.

    The new version is very busy and not user friendly. I prefer the older version and am now looking for a new email option besides yahoo because I CANNOT STAND the new version.
