This new version of Yahoo mail is terrible!!! If you don't give me the option to go back to the old version soon I will have to stop using yahoo. The priority vs all view is garbage. When I'm in an email I cant delete it and when I go back the option to view all isn't there and I have to constantly refresh my screen. Give us the option to switch back soon or I'm gone and never coming back.

This new view is absolutely trash, and it is hard to tell between unread and read.
No one like the new outlook, so why in the world try to mimic that hot pile of garbage?
I give it a month or I am finding something different that is not a steaming pile.

I'm not able to figure out where the original email went. Classic version is better.

Please do not assume that you know what is a priority email to me. Please go back to the old format. I do not need Yahoo to organize my emails for me. Just like I don't need Apple to organize my photos for me. PLEASE STOP forcing these changes!!!!!!

I concur! I can't get to my spam and trash easily anymore. I can no longer filter messages by sender straight from the side. I can't tell if my email is read or not. I miss the color themes. I'm not sure which email I'm on easily anymore. The sender's email is only shown if I take the time to hover over it. The AI summary should at least have a toggle option in settings. You have to do an extra click for archiving now. Delete is a trash can instead of a word, so I'm constantly hitting delete by accident because it's so small. We need more options in settings to go back to how things were without switching back to classic. Then you wouldn't have to worry about switching between 2 services, just give us classic options in settings. OR LET US REVERT BACK! We liked Yahoo for it's simplicity. Now you're just like everyone else, so what's to stop us from switching to everyone else? -Dani, Many Year Loyalist

This new version is horrible the classic was fine.

The new version sucks!!! It doesn't show which emails have been read, Doesn't have an arrow to take you to the top of the email list if you have many emails.

This new format is hideous. What an unwelcomed change and no option to go back to the classic version. WTF? Who thought this was a respectful way to treat the consumer? Make a changed version if you must but give those of us who prefer the classic format the option of retaining it. I hate this so much that I will seriously consider using a different email system and that would require an enormous amount of work. What s the purpose of this change? Probably some way to further invade our privacy. I hate this. Change it back!!!

This new email is downright horrible. Please go back to the old system, as it was a pleasure to use. Again, this new system is truly horrible and I am considering to change my email service.

I truly hate this 'new version' this seems like it should have been a ****** version before the classic one we were on. It is not user friendly. visually hate how it looks. I have tried to be open minded and try to change, but it's causing me more work just to get around. I am tired of wasting all my time trying to find things or 'resend' to my email more than once.. THIS ONE SUCKS!!! please, please, please, give us the classic option.. I do not use it on my phone, just desktop. Plain and simple, it sucks. give us the classic option, please..

I find this new version extremely cumbersome. I truly hate it!

Even visually, the new version is terrible. I am a cognitive psychologist and I can assure you from the visual design, people's attention is drawn to the "read" emails instead of the new emails because they are more visually salient. The font and bold choices make legibility poor too.

This design is not Human-centered AT ALL.

Please go back to the classic. I can't even select multiple emails anymore by holding the shift key.

I would pay for Yahoo Mail Plus if the Terms of Service guaranteed it would come with the previous interface that you recently replaced with New Yahoo Mail. It would have to have all of the same features as the previous interface.
