Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I can no longer access attachments at the bottom of received emails needed for business, etc. I had sent numerous feedback comments, and this has STILL not been remedied. At this point, I feel that we are all being held *******, and the ransom is to buy into the paid support system! NOT DOING IT. Bring back the option to return to the CLASSIC VERSION!!

Your new editions are getting worse with every update. I like the old one.
1. Was able to put emails by sender not just oldest/newest, newest/oldest.
2. No Dot to show you what you've opened and haven't opened.
You are paying staff to make your product worse. You need DOGE
3. Spam isn't working properly. -

As a Yahoo mail Plus subscriber, I use Yahoo mail to access many other e-mail accounts. In the old interface, all of these accounts were listed on the page to the left and I could easily see the number of unread e-mails in each. Now I have to hover over the accounts at the bottom left in order to see all of them. Also, instead of utilizing the full screen for e-mail previews, now there is a starred/contacts box to the right that I can't get rid of and just ends up making my e-mail preview window smaller. Both of these changes were in the wrong direction. They provided less functionality - not more.

I'm NOT paying even a $1 to get help ... Yahoo CREATED this problem and YAHOO should fix it.
I definitely want the old version of Mail to return!!!! I HATE THIS NEW MAIL VERSION. -

New version is a copy of Gmail, not what I want. Please do not sunset the old version and let us have the option to rollback. Previous version was more inuitive, easier to access features, and less visually striking. New version has text replaced with icons/pictograms which are harder to interpret for power users used to reading.

I'm not receiving ANY new emails with this new version - I hate it. If not resolved soon I'm leaving Yahoo after DECADES of enjoying the old way of doing things. This is terrible and I'm not paying to get answers. Yahoo should help me with this problem since Yahoo CREATED it.

Go back. I can read faster than interpret an icon. That's Apple for elementary school. I want the traditional "big boy" version.
New version doesn't remember "not spam" and puts it in spam next day again. -

I doubt Yahoo ever reads or cares about these comments. You would think with thousands of feedback like this, they would at least say "take it or leave it"...not a single word.

There is no try new yahoo mail link showing after switching back to basic mail. Please provide a link to go back to the new version of mail!
