Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    It sucks, go back to the original. It is not better, just someone wanting to make a change to make a name for themselves with the company. Change is NOT always better. The original was always VERY easy to navigate! NOW ITS NOT!!! If its not broke, dont fix it!

    I do not like the new because you can not get into messages. Go back to the old!

    Hate this new version. Not easy to use at all. Slowing me down with my work trying to figure out how to easily find what I need. Also need to be able to hide all those ads....takes up valuable space.

    Cannot highlight and delete multiple messages. I have to go back to inbox to delete one at a time. Very inconvenient in many ways.

    I have been using the old version for years and don't like the new version . We need to go back or at least give an option .

    Please change the appearance
    It is difficult to understand and look is very flat - not comfortable to look at it !!!!!!

    Thanks for the update. I have tried the new version but unfortunately it's worse than Gmail. I might as well go to Gmail if Yahoo keeps the new version.

    Please go back to the old version, please! The functions in the old version are why I chose to stay with Yahoo mail for so many years over Gmail. Very disappointed.

    Bro this new version is straight *** !!!!! I hate it so much !!!! Didn't even give me an option to opt into it, didn't let me know it was coming, gave me no option to do anything about it, just ruined my entire experience and made me ****** off as **** at the end of the work day!!!! AWFUL !!!! HATE IT SO MUCH!!!! AND WHY IS AI EVERYWHERE!!! I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE AI TO BE IN MY ******* EMAILS

    STOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trying to force the new TERRIBLE & DISGUSTING LOOK which management NEEDS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to understand is BLOODY HATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as in HATED !!!!!!!!!!!! by me down my throat. Be advised Yahoo mail management the new look is HATED !!!!!!! and unwanted and if management doesn't pay attention to this final warning from me will see me deleting every Yahoo mail account in addition to me writing VERY NEGATIVE !!!!!!!! reviews on multiple social media platforms. Management this is your final warning so pay attention, and correct your corse before you loose a client.
