Go back. I can read faster than interpret an icon. That's Apple for elementary school. I want the traditional "big boy" version.
New version doesn't remember "not spam" and puts it in spam next day again.

I doubt Yahoo ever reads or cares about these comments. You would think with thousands of feedback like this, they would at least say "take it or leave it"...not a single word.

I recently decided to switch back to yahoo mail basic from the new version. NOW there is no spam folder showing but there is NO way to switch back to the NEW yahoo mail version. There is no try new yahoo mail link showing after switching back to basic mail. Please provide a link to go back to the new version of mail!

New format is confusing and not at all comfortable. I dread having to answer emails because visually it is jarring and does not improve the mail experience at all.

Pls why change what is working!

I hate the new format. Also hate changes being made without any prior knowledge or asking if I want to change and then not having the option to choose which format I want.

Yahoo mail makes unnecessary slight changes that does nothing but irritate its users. This new version is trash. I've used Yahoo mail for decades. Always preferred it over Gmail. If this new version sticks I'll be switching back to Gmail. Also the permanent collapsing of email folders is so annoying. I like my folders expanded at all times so I can navigate them easier. Yahoo - you guys have really screwed this one up. Terrible.

I have remained with Yahoo for a very long time, but it is no longer working as before. Nothing makes sense anymore and I have now just stop checking for email on the Yahoo portal Who decided to change it because it was working just fine, and the saying goes, Leave well alone!

I hate this new system intensely. I have not checked my mail for weeks now since you implemented this new version. It is not working for me. I used to be able to view all my emails for specific days, but now it is just a long, unholy list that has no end. I now have to scroll up and down just to be able to find a particular email. Before, I could see a particular email I was looking for at a glance. I am seriously considering switching to another email portal that is much more user-friendly because Yahoo mail no longer is.

I am 72 and this change is horrible. The page is much too busy and very difficult to use. Please revert to the old way before I'm forced to go to another email service.

You can't improve on this new ****** email format. Since I can't post my comment anywhere else, Yahoo stinks and you are forcing this "****" on people who do not want it. It is wrong and I have read the comments from so many others that want the return of the original classic format back, including me. So why don't you do it?

stop messing with my computer and return it to the old version . I am 80 years old and I do not like changes so put my computer back to way it was

I am unable to find any new email and older email on this new system. I dislike this new system intensely.

How do I return to the prior version? Look like MANY people have the same opinion of this "mew" version as I do- please allow me to restore the prior version of Yahho Mail!!

I have no problems with including new ideas for the email, but that doesn't mean getting rid of all the good stuff that we had before, including customizing the design and several ways to access the email. Please go back to the previous email and work to improve it from there. It's becoming very annoying to review my email.

I'm having such a hard time receiving my actual mail. I also don't know if I got any mail. Please give me my mail from other people or I'll go make another account elsewhere. This new version has already messed me up! Jocelyn B.
