It sucks ***! Nobody has time or the want to relearn their entire email system. If it's not broke don't fix it. Save yourself a lot of $ yahoo. and get rid of the folks that decided this was a good idea.

Why do you change things before asking us? Especially some of us older folks set in our comfortable ways. Change it back permanently, PLEASE.

Please go back to the previous format, this is awful! I tried using "basic" and the appearance is also awful. And I don't see any "settings" option. Where are settings?

Delete The New Yahoo Mail You Forced On Clients. It's Trash, & It's Going To Start Trending Soon If You Don't Go Back To The Classic Mail. By By To Yahoo Ad Revenue, As All The People That Can Actually Afford To Purchase Items Flee To Other Service Providers.

I don't usually hate things in my life, but the new Yahoo format is terrible.
I hate it!
It is impossible to reply to an e-mail without the whole page jumping all over.
Change it back, please!
I consider discontinuing using it in the future.

I can't begin to tell you how much I hate your new email set up. It's been a very frustrating experience. Please go back to classic email or whatever you call it. This time an email got shunted from inbox to someplace called with attachment. I had to search by name to find in there. Then when I tried to send it back to inbox, there was no inbox option provided to send it to. I'm really getting to the point where I'm ready to ditch yahoo.

I absolutely hate the new format! Please offer the option of going to the previous format or accept the new format. Way to many choices and cluttered. very easy to miss important information. Please go back to the recent format that it arrears to be the preferred

I also really dislike the look new look and feel. There is way too much wasted space and the whole right side of my screen now only shows a tiny menu instead of the email display showing the full area. I clicked the switch to basic mail thinking that might switch me back, but that is not what I want apparently; I want it to look like basic mail but with the mail display view to the right of the email list like it has been for years. I also hate the very distracting giant purple circle pencil button for composing a new email; I don't want the compose button to stand out extremely distinctly from everything else; my focus is on viewing the list of emails and reading them.

New version is incredibly cluttered. Too many fonts. Too much white space, gray space and little pictures. Old version was much more concise.

Hate the AI Summaries. Redundant and untrustworthy. Takes twice as long to read email. Still have to read original message for senders intent, full details, and tone.

Bring back sender's original Subject line.

Bring back total message count. Need to monitor mailbox cleanup>

Back to Basic Version is partial solution. Please bring back formatting, bold fonts, etc. and small image insertion.

New version constantly jumps around.

This new look for Yahoo is absolutely and simply AWFUL, especially for the elderly or those not accustomed to computers. The navigation is outright terrible, trying to take on a "simple" and "modern" look, while being utterly confusing and not explanatory in the slightest.

I wish there was, at the very least, a way to choose if you want a modern approach, or to continue using the classic version of Yahoo.

Don't fix what isn't broken, it's that simple!

please switch me back to the classic version or at least give us that option please. im at the point I might need to switch over to outlook or gmail. i have used yahoo for so long but its getting ridiculous with these updates. let me be old school in peace!

Stop trying to force new looks on everyone! Classic version was fine, we don't need new features, and whoever thought this design was a good idea needs a pay cut. The last thing anyone needs is to login and suddenly have everything be different every six months. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just provide the same service you always have.

This New Version was not well thought out. It is missing many components that the Classic Yahoo Email had. The Classic version was enjoyed by many and there was no need to all of a sudden push this new version on me and destroy the Classic version. I am now missing many emails and sent emails are not coming to me, but I see them in the Basic email version. Put the Classic version in where you have the Basic email that you can switch to. The Classic version is much better than the basic version which is really terrible but much better than your new change. Give us the Option to have the Classic Yahoo Email that was perfect for me. You are not listening to your Users that have stuck with Yahoo for many years.
