Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Yahoo Mail Plus sucks as bad Yahoo Basic Mail. What the **** were you thinking? Wasted desktop space. Clumsy compose. Can't get my signature right. Features hidden. GIVE ME BACK MY OLD MAIL!

    I am very seriously considering switching my Yahoo accounts to Gmail or Outlook.

    Go back to old yahoo version. Forcing us to use the new user unfriendly version is absurd. I will be establishing with another email service and transition away from yahoo. My suggestion is to give us what we want which is the classic yahoo.

    I hate everything about this update. 1)Complete waste of space on the main screen. Messages don't need to be double spaced, and that is in the supposed compact view. 2) The gray background on read emails is obnoxious. The old way of bold unread and not bold read worked. Just like pretty much every other email tool out there. 3)The spam folder is buried and now you have to select all and delete rather than just hit the trash can like in the old version. 4) Defaulting to "priority" view is stupid. I would've missed emails had I not looked at my phone. 5) Switching between email accounts now is clumsy and takes extra steps that are completely unnecessary. The way they were listed before was much better.

    There is not one thing about this update I like better. There is not one thing you improved. By looking at others comments, it appears I am not alone. Go back to the old version, or at least make the old version accessible to those of us who prefer it.

    All messages are now in tiny print that is hard to read. The messages are not organized into paragraphs, just an extremely long line which requires me to scroll to the right to read. GO BACK TO THE PRIOR SYSTEM.

    This new version is terrible and that is being nice. The old version you could attach files and pics and delete multiple emails. This version is just plain bad. Very bad.

    this new yahoo is trash, its just a pain, i used to compose messages easily and now when i compose old files? i no longer get the option to send files yahoo saved for me to send, it gave the option to use old files from yahoo or files uploaded from computer, this sucks!! i no longer can use old files, and now i cant upload old important files/ headshots since im a actor i need to send my headshots to casting crews and now its just a pain because i literally have to dig through my whold computer! i will be going to gmail, yahoo is just complicated!! way to go yahoo!! making things easier? and now giving us a hard time, should of stayed the way it was, was perfect....

    Very important, can not see how to attach a pic or delete multiple emails. Lots of things wrong with this new version.

    Why in the world was this change pushed? Yahoo was functional and clean as it was, everything worked. Now it seems like you're trying to make it look like a social media site and also shoving AI down people's throats which is it's own bad idea. Not to mention the 'classic' option isn't actually the classic version, it's an actively downgraded and worse version of what USED to work fine. It's like the free version of an app that hasn't been updated in years compared to what the former classic version was. This was an UNNECESSARY CHANGE and if you insist on pushing them at least don't downgrade the experience for those of us who prefer to stick to the classic look. As it is, 'classic' doesn't exist anymore. It's seriously absurd.

    Looks to me like you have a lot of unhappy customers like me who will be going elsewhere unless you put back what we didn't want you to change (the classic)!!

    I do not want this new version of desktop mail. I did not ask for it and don't appreciate you forcing it on me. I am 70 years old and too old to learn a new version when i am used to the classic one. you tried this before and I switched back to old version and now you did it again without my permission. also do not want any of this AI **** on my phone and I have submitted my disapproval several times and want it shut off! do I have to look for a new provider like I said I don't like change but one more change to put me back to old style will be fine.

    I do not like the new layout and am looking for a new email provider. I pay for my yahoo and resent being forced into a new version when I already reverted to the old version only to find it was switched back without my permission.

    Change entire format to a partially DISFUNCTIONAL format while I'm in the middle of a message?! NOT OK! New format is a POS!
