Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

With your new so-called improvements I cannot switch between work and personal email accounts like I used to. You will not even let me sign on 2 seperate web pages with 2 separate emails because if I try to click on a message on one account it automatically diverts me to my other account.

This new version sucks!!!
What was wrong with the older version? I am not one for change for the sake of change.
The other version was great, this one is not. -

This new version is horrible!! Having to hunt around for the settings I want, can't link my other yahoo accounts to one place, when I want to add an account it just signs me into that account with no link to the other account I was trying to add it to, super annoying. And the look isn't very pleasing either. Don't like it at all.

This new format is a waste..too many of the options are now hidden
and the user wastes time looking for them. The classic format is concise,
with all facets readily available, easy to work with. This new version is not a
simplification and is a minefield to work with..for example, when trying to delete
an item, the icons for 'delete' or 'move' etc. jump all over the place for each entry
so that actually deleting in the regular 'classic' manner where the icons are
always in the same place, the user ends up opening something that wasn't desired.
This new format is a waste of space. Go back to 'CLASSIC' please! -

Listen, the insults are flowing - sorry about that but I totally understand why and while I don't want to pile on, maybe you should ask you users what they would like to see and or maybe give the users the opportunity to vote on options instead of just throwing out what you did.
PLEASE GIVE US BACK THE CLASSIC VERISON - we want it - we miss it - we need it - and aren't customers always right?
we know your team spent a lot of time on this but they shouldn't have and its concerning to me that everyone okayed this, the features and the options that were included with it.

Absolutely necessary to have the option to go back to the previous YahooMail version, please!
It's a daily use tool and it has to have good usability and ergonomics! -

I hate the new version so much that if they don't return it to the classic version I will cancel my account with them and start using Gmail

What makes Yahoo unique is your all-time favourite d version (https://mail.yahoo.com/d/). While you may be introducing the n version (https://mail.yahoo.com/n/) now, you should at least give users the option to switch back. Offering the b version (https://mail.yahoo.com/b/) does not help, as it is almost as terrible as the n version, or worse. It may look like the d version, but not the function and familiarity that we want. I never understand why Yahoo insists on abandoning your uniqueness to copy something like Gmail, which no one actually likes. If you bring back the d version, I would even be willing to pay for a subscription, provided that you stop enforcing unnecessary changes over time. Change is not always a good thing. You change when needed, not just for the sake of change, as that often does more harm than good. That said, I highly doubt your senior management will actually come down to the ground to read real user feedback. More likely, your engineers will sweep it under the carpet and present misleading slides during top meetings just to hit their KPIs, by fooling the company rather than addressing real concerns. Please listen to your users, and give us back the d version.

This may be a deliberate attempt to get people to migrate off of their email since it's a free service. If so, this change is quite effective. If not, they are destroying their user base.
