Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

WHY DID YAHOO CHANGE EVERYONE TODAY TO THE NEW VERSION WITHOUT PERMISSION.
I HAVE SUCH A HEADACHE
THERE ARE NO COLORED THEMES, NO WAY TO BULLET AN EMAIL YOU CANNOT HIGHLIGHT BESIDES the COLOR YELLOW, ITS NOT EASY ON THE EYES, IT DOES NOT EVEN SEPERATE WEEKLY EMAILS ANYMORE.
There are no color themes , cannot change the Font
THIS NEW VERSION SUCKS, NOOINE ASKED FOR THIS CHANGE TO THIS NEW VERSION
PLEASE AND THIS IS CRITICAL TO ALL GIVE US THE OPTION TO CHANGE BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION
WHOMEVER DESIGNED tHIS NEW VERSION ARE IDIOTS AND DID NOT THINK IT THROUGH
THE GREY IS TOO LIGHT THE DARK IS TOO DARK
YOU WILL BE LOSING TONS OF YAHOO CUSTOMERS IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US THE OPTION TO CHANGE BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE PLEASE THIS NEW VERSION IS HORRENDOUS

The New version you have made everyone use is Terrible. It is so frustrating to use it. I have wasted so many hours trying to navigate your new version. Why not give people the Option to stay with the Classic version? Hundreds of people into the Thousands just on this subject comment have told you they want the Classic Email version back with an Option to switch to it. Do you read or listen to your User? Why are you trying to force this Garbage of an email down our throats. How many people have to tell you that you have made a huge mistake putting out this new version without giving the people the Option to stay with the Classic Email Version. I can't imagine you have many people liking your new version and probably will lose more Users than what you gain. Terrible Business decision. It is also a waste of time talking to your people that answer the phone. They are not able to help or change things. Bring back the Classic Version that worked perfectly and did not need any changes. It was not broken. The Yahoo Email was the last thing that I really spend time with on Yahoo. You keep losing Users in so many areas. No wonder Yahoo has seen a big decline since the 1980s when you were the leading best group. Lots of poor decisions that contributed to your decline. This is just another one with forcing your new version email on everyone that did not request it or want it. Why disrupt and damage your clients and users?

Anyone happen to notice that there is not an option to give a thumbs up or thumbs down rating on the posted comments ? Gee, I wonder why ? Or am I missing something on how to do a rating ? Please advise. And "YES" the Classic Version for sure worked Very Well for Me , and it would seem like MANY others . Why "FIX" some thing , that ain`t broken ?

How can I change my yahoo mail page return back to its classic look! It was all of a sudden changed without me choosing it?! I like the classic one better and my eyes had got used to it. I really don't want the new look! Please help me with that. Thanks

Hi Yahoo - Appreciate the changes, will get used to them like everything but.... Possible to no make read emails in grey and unread in white.. This is where the old way was better - truly harder to quickly see which has been addressed and which hasn't.. Or at least add a feature in the system allowing us to change the color/how it looks. thank you!

The old version really stinks. The light gray shading is killing me. Just bolding the unread messages was good enough. I can't resize anything. I am having a problem reading the font on certain emails. You dropped the arrow that let you know you replied to a message. That is the biggest downfall. I used to quickly be able to see if I replied to a message. Now I have no idea. If I like the grouping conversation email I would have change to gmail long ago. I don't like that so I never changed to gmail. So, don't tell me that grouping the emails by conversation is the answer to see if you replied to an email.

Where was your alleged Go Back button? Previously searched for it before this junk delivered. Ugh! There is enuf **** going on with technology today and you buy into it. Did this express how much I hate this. Whose butt are you guys sucking? Ugh. No ideas given because Yahoo doesn't act upon them.

New version sucks- and apparently only way to communicate with your customer service department is to pay for a monthly access fee. You will be losing my business. You have time to fix this though as it takes 4x as long now to sift through my mail versus before your poorly designed, not asked for refreshed version.
I prefer my old version back, as I did not ask for the new version. The new version is NOT user friendly. The new version is NOT wanted by me, or it sounds like, by a lot of people.

Now the basic version is also NO LONGER disability friendly! There is NO way to compose mail to resize, highlight or bold fonts! This is a ADA violation!
In addition, the contact lists access is gone when reverting back! You are forcing disabled users to click, type more and scroll MORE!!!! You made it MORE difficult on purpose!
The new version has more clicking and scrolling is NOT good for disabled people either! Fix the OLD version to be like the previous version to have ADA compliance. If not I will be reporting you to the ADA. They will investigate Yahoo for violations.
Actually of everyone here contacts the ADA via Ada.gov and files a complaint they will be forced to reinstall features they removed from the basic mail.
