Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Emails I send to my wife in the next room do not arrive!! I have done your ALL thing and checked all folders - ain't my job to fix your 'new' email. There are entirely too many places I have to CLICK to get where I need to go.

This new version is TERRIBLE!! The font is too small and light, you CANNOT see which inbox you are composing mail from like before! The "FROM" area is missing now! I already composed a message under the WRONG email! I have multiple inboxes and now I CANNOT easily see if I have new mail like before! I need to keep clicking and scrolling to see my other inboxes! I need to see them ALL AT ONCE like before! The DELETE button and the SPAM button are now side by side causing mistakes - my husband has Parkinsons and this platform has way too much clicking and scrolling!
When I tried to "revert back," it sent me to ANOTHER old version - NOT the previous version! This other basic version does NOT allow me to email anyone on my IMPORTANT contact lists, and I CANNOT even bold font, highlight or edit the size so my disabled and elderly clients can read my emails!!!! The font is TINY! You don't think DISABLED PEOPLE USE YOUR EMAIL SERVICE???????
I am SO ANGRY - I NOW HATE YAHOO!!! YOU RUINED MY BUSINESS! I will NEVER trust your company again and I will NEVER consider paying you monthly so you can jilt us all like you just did!!!! I won't even use the Yahoo search engine now anymore THAT is how angry I am!!!!
There are THOUSANDS of people on here complaining on this forum and many other forums! YAHOO BETTER LISTEN!!!!!

This new format is much harder to find anything. The folders need to be left open but there is no way to do it now. The drag and drop doesn't work. The ads on the right 1/3 of the screen take up too much screen real estate. If your answer is to pay for the premium version I will be leaving Yahoo forever. This has worked fine for 20 years and you have really hosed it up now. There are multiple version/views today and none of them are improvements.. Having to save a draft before sending it only adds steps. Too many clicks and less efficient What were you thinking?

Let us switch back. At LEAST until the other issues have been fixed, like being able to disable AI previews on the desktop version. The new version looks unprofessional and I don't like it at all.

Wait. My previous critical comments were not quite accurate. The more I use the new format, the more I hate it. It's too big and clunky and hard to read and it slows the reading's progress!!!! How could Yahoo possibly think making an email format LESS efficient is a good thing. The user is not on this site to shop or do some casual reading - rather, they want to check emails to get work done quickly and efficiently. Bring back the previous format or you will lose users to other email sites. Oh, and almost forgot - you should fire the UI designer who came up with this format.
