Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Anyone happen to notice that there is not an option to give a thumbs up or thumbs down rating on the posted comments ? Gee, I wonder why ? Or am I missing something on how to do a rating ? Please advise. And "YES" the Classic Version for sure worked Very Well for Me , and it would seem like MANY others . Why "FIX" some thing , that ain`t broken ?

    How can I change my yahoo mail page return back to its classic look! It was all of a sudden changed without me choosing it?! I like the classic one better and my eyes had got used to it. I really don't want the new look! Please help me with that. Thanks

    Hi Yahoo - Appreciate the changes, will get used to them like everything but.... Possible to no make read emails in grey and unread in white.. This is where the old way was better - truly harder to quickly see which has been addressed and which hasn't.. Or at least add a feature in the system allowing us to change the color/how it looks. thank you!

    The old version really stinks. The light gray shading is killing me. Just bolding the unread messages was good enough. I can't resize anything. I am having a problem reading the font on certain emails. You dropped the arrow that let you know you replied to a message. That is the biggest downfall. I used to quickly be able to see if I replied to a message. Now I have no idea. If I like the grouping conversation email I would have change to gmail long ago. I don't like that so I never changed to gmail. So, don't tell me that grouping the emails by conversation is the answer to see if you replied to an email.

    ****** design. Where are my other email addresses? Hate this. Wish you would stop. Yup you hear this every time you push **** thru. You suck. Classic version best. Where was your alleged Go Back button? Previously searched for it before this junk delivered. Ugh! There is enuf **** going on with technology today and you buy into it. Did this express how much I hate this. Whose butt are you guys sucking? Ugh. No ideas given because Yahoo doesn't act upon them.

    New version sucks- and apparently only way to communicate with your customer service department is to pay for a monthly access fee. You will be losing my business. You have time to fix this though as it takes 4x as long now to sift through my mail versus before your poorly designed, not asked for refreshed version.

    I prefer my old version back, as I did not ask for the new version. The new version is NOT user friendly. The new version is NOT wanted by me, or it sounds like, by a lot of people.

    Now the basic version is also NO LONGER disability friendly! There is NO way to compose mail to resize, highlight or bold fonts! This is a ADA violation!

    In addition, the contact lists access is gone when reverting back! You are forcing disabled users to click, type more and scroll MORE!!!! You made it MORE difficult on purpose!

    The new version has more clicking and scrolling is NOT good for disabled people either! Fix the OLD version to be like the previous version to have ADA compliance. If not I will be reporting you to the ADA. They will investigate Yahoo for violations.

    Actually of everyone here contacts the ADA via Ada.gov and files a complaint they will be forced to reinstall features they removed from the basic mail.

    No one asked for this, no one likes this, and yahoo could save money by not paying people to mess with an OS that isnt problematic. What a complete waste of time.

    Im a paying customer and have been using Yahoo mail for over 20 years. Please please give us an option to go back to the classic. This new version is awful

    Emails I send to my wife in the next room do not arrive!! I have done your ALL thing and checked all folders - ain't my job to fix your 'new' email. There are entirely too many places I have to CLICK to get where I need to go.

    WE WANT THE OLD EMAIL............

    This new version is TERRIBLE!! The font is too small and light, you CANNOT see which inbox you are composing mail from like before! The "FROM" area is missing now! I already composed a message under the WRONG email! I have multiple inboxes and now I CANNOT easily see if I have new mail like before! I need to keep clicking and scrolling to see my other inboxes! I need to see them ALL AT ONCE like before! The DELETE button and the SPAM button are now side by side causing mistakes - my husband has Parkinsons and this platform has way too much clicking and scrolling!

    When I tried to "revert back," it sent me to ANOTHER old version - NOT the previous version! This other basic version does NOT allow me to email anyone on my IMPORTANT contact lists, and I CANNOT even bold font, highlight or edit the size so my disabled and elderly clients can read my emails!!!! The font is TINY! You don't think DISABLED PEOPLE USE YOUR EMAIL SERVICE???????

    I am SO ANGRY - I NOW HATE YAHOO!!! YOU RUINED MY BUSINESS! I will NEVER trust your company again and I will NEVER consider paying you monthly so you can jilt us all like you just did!!!! I won't even use the Yahoo search engine now anymore THAT is how angry I am!!!!

    There are THOUSANDS of people on here complaining on this forum and many other forums! YAHOO BETTER LISTEN!!!!!

    How many times do I have to say your new ideas are not appreciated or wanted. Just give me the old Yahoo mail if you still know what it looks like. If you don't tell me how to get in touch with you I will show you.
