I hate the new format and I resent the fact that it costs additionally to enable reversion to the previous format. I am looking for a way to close yahoo accounts.

GO BACK TO THE OLD LAYOUT. NOBODY LIKES THIS NEW MAIL.YAHOO.COM INTERFACE. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE. THE GROUP BY SENDER FUNCTION IS ****. EVERY THING - JUST ROLL IT BACK. IF IT'S NOT BROKE DON'T FIX IT. I CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE MINE BACK TO CLASSIC VIEW .. EVEN CHATGPT CAN'T FIGURE THIS **** OUT!!!!!

Your "New Yahoo Mail" is NOT user friendly for me. Maybe it's because I'm over 80 & frankly don't like change after I get use to a product. Since switching to your new format, I've had it freeze numerous times where I had to turn off my computer & restart; it's a pain in you know what!

Hi, the three column layout makes using yahoo mail almost useless on a laptop. the entire right column isn't useful, but it has the effect of shortening the reading pane so that i have to scroll left to right to read a full email message.

I am not impressed with the new Yahoo email. More specifically, I can't change the font of the email list. They are way too big and I can't multiple (more than emails like I did before. More than 5 or 6 plus have the view panel below my emails so I can glimpse at emails instead of opening them. As well, the view panel does not let me properly scroll down to view emails like before.

GIVE ME MY OLD YAHOO BACK WITHOUT ME HAVING TO PAY FOR IT YOU GREEDY BASTARDS!

The old view of the mailbox was more useful and better.

I have 2 accounts. You finally let me change back to the old Yahoo on one of them, but not the other. I would like both accounts set to the old Yahoo please.

Go back to the old mail format, the new one is terrible!

I miss having tabs for emails and lists at the top, instead of unnecessary "offers." The layout is starting to remind me too much of gmail, and that's not a compliment. The search bar works the first time but afterwards it only works if I reload the page. The switch from a simple dot to highlighting unread emails is also an unwelcomed change.

I also DO NOT want to another faulty AI service pushed onto my account. AI usage has more criticism than praise, and rightfully so. It might not seem detrimental to summarize my emails. Yet, I do not find it necessary and a waste of time (as an account user) and resources (for Yahoo!).

This isn't an improvement, this is further platform decay. At the very least you gave me the option to turn off the AI feature and to go back to the old layout.

I hate this new Yahoo email. Now they want to charge for going back to the old version. ******** YAHOO !

This new mail is terrible! It is not as easy on the eyes as the previous version, there are no theme/backgrounds, and I get more spam in my inbox now. You should give a person the option of which version they want and not have to pay for the one/older one. Paying should only be if you don't want to see ads. The other version was so much better and it gave the option if you wanted to keep your folders open, making it easier to see them (& subfolders). So many haven't learned that if it's not broke don't fix it.

Allow me to go back to the previous versions of yahoo mail because I don't like the new way that yahoo mail looks or functions. I switched my email all the way back to basic email and that still isn't what I had before the update. Please reach out to me via email if there is a way to swap back to the version of mail I like. I tried all three you currently offer and none of them are similar to what I had before.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE THINGS SIMPLY TO BE DOING SOMETHING. LEAVE THE LAST VERSION IN PLACE AND STEP AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARD!

DESTROY YOUR CURRENT "UPDATED" VERSION. IT SUCKS! IT'S USELESS! NO ONE NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR MANY ADDRESSES ON ONE **** ACCESSIBLE PAGE, ESPECIALLY AS DEFAULT, OR PRIORITY THE FIRST THING YOU SO.
WE USE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES FOR A REASON, THAT WOULD BE TO SEPARATE THE ****. YAHOO MAIL WAS PERFECT AT IT, WHICH IS WHY YOU ARE STILL IN SERVICE DESPITE THE MANY OTHER OPTIONS, YOU DID IT BEST...YOU'VE RUINED THAT.

Absolutely HATE the new version of mail, the worst update ever. What a mess it's so bad, you need to give us the chance to go back. Mail shouldn't be difficult, don't mess with a good thing.
