Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I swear to god. I you change this again and I cannot revert back. I am done with this service. I am sensitive bright light and I did not appreciate getting flash banged. I am literally seeing white spots right now and it has been 10 mins. Even this uservoice page is bright.

This Yahoo Mail update is awful! If it's not broken-don't fix it! Please go back to the old format.

Go back to classic version. Current one looks like printed on a typewriter. Terrible to read.

I do not like the new look. I was able to select all emails that I wanted to delete by selecting one and scrolling down the listing and hold the shift key to select all. Now it is one at a time....a waist of time....and efficiency .

Yahoo really needs to start listening to their customers. Give everyone the option to switch back. This new version is buggy, missing features, is ugly, and extremely slow. Anyone who has a paid Yahoo Mail Plus account can call their paid support line for free. Please call them and demand we get the option to switch back. 800-305-7664

The new yahoo mail makes me want to throw my laptop out the window. I had to learn NEW curse words to come anywhere close to expressing how incredibly much I hate the new yahoo mail. Y'all are rapidly resurrecting the negative connotations of the term yahoo. Allow me to list a few things that I have enjoyed MORE than the new yahoo mail. Having to have a sewing needle surgically removed from my knee when I was 13. My father dying when I was 13. My ex-wife cheating on me with my best friend. Doing a colonoscopy prep. I think you get the point.

BRING BA CK THE OLD EMAIL, IT WAS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT AND USEFUL. FIRE THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS WHO CREATED THE NEW EMAIL, THEY ARE USELESS.

I absolutely despise the new email version. I do not need an (incorrect) AI summary of my email. I am not a child with a 2nd grade reading level, I am an adult who can read an email for myself. I've been using this yahoo account for almost 20 years. I would rather go through the hassle of having to make a new email account with a different service and deal with changing my email address on hundreds of websites and contacts then use Yahoo's new format for 1 more day. It is that bad.

The new version was designed by a Golden Doodle that failed at basic design. You will loose so many customers but really you dont care. Read the comments, no one likes this, they all hate it.

New format is garbage. Poor layout, wasted space, zero categorization by year. The old version was far superior. I've stuck with Yahoo for 10+ years because the efficient layout. This change has me seriously considering abandoning yahoo all together - it's that bad.

OK Yahoo mail is going to run like a dictatorship. Millions of faithful customers are telling you that they want the old version back and now you don't even give that option. AKA dictatorship, Makes you want to go, HUH. Is it easier to steal identity, is it easier to track your customers. Bottom line, IT SUCKS. If that is how Yahoo wants to go, I knew there was a good reason not to cancel my Gmail. If I am missing something and there is an easy way to switch back, I haven't found the mysterious OPTIONS button anywhere, or anything anywhere where it says to switch back, by all means show me. ****** OFF 25 YEAR CUSTOMER, going 100% to Gmail.

Note: Some administrator incorrectly merged this into a COMPLETELY UNRELATED topic about "Why a limited number of emails per page? Why is there only 25 emails per page?" There used to be a preference setting to control the vertical spacing of items displayed in the inbox. This setting was REMOVED.
The new inbox only fits 8 lines of mail on screen (at 100% zoom on a large monitor). It used to fit a LOT more. Not only does this disruptively require me to immediately start scrolling to see any mail more then three hours old, it makes it painfully difficult to scan through older mails.
It appears that webdesign schools have been teaching that "more whitespace is always better", and they are wrong. All the excessive whitespace your web design team keeps adding leaves almost no space for actual useful content on screen. At a minimum, RESTORE THE "INBOX SPACING" CONTROL SETTING.
